On average I spend roughly $1,500 a year and that is if I am only buying for me and NOT buying any of your hydro flasks (and to note I have bought SEVERAL of them as well as your one vessel cups from you not to mention the gift cards that I have bought to give away at company events and for gifts.) or your one vessel cups. AND there are times that I will also pick up drinks for my guys when I get my beverage AND I have also bought your sugar cookies for our entire staff. With those things being stated I am WILDLY unimpressed with the ownership's decision to no longer offer cup discounts for those of us who have purchased your logo'd up cups and to add insult to injury you do not offer a price point to match filling of the cup with the beverage, if I hold my ground I will get less than what I used to get for the same price and if I order up in size I pay for what I am not getting. I do not believe it would be hard to say okay we have sold 40 ounce cups and have a button for the refilling of that 40 ounces and charge that amount. But no you will charge some one for 44 ounces and give them 40. I have contacted you directly about this and with zero response.    Read morei am very sad about whatever has happened to this location. this was the one & only location that would always get my order right whether it was coffee, soda, smoothies, protein shakes, etc. i would go out of my way to go to this location even though others were closer. i am sad to say that now no matter what location i go to, my orders will more than likely be made wrong. i have given it a shot maybe 4-5 times in the last week or two & it's a constant disappointment. i haven't seen a familiar face, the customer experience is lacking EVERYTHING. no one seems so know what they're doing & won't bother asking questions to make sure thinks are ordered right. there has been some comments made everytime I've been in, in the last week or so.

I almost ALWAYS order a blended Aztec with an extra shot. My son orders his without the extra shot. Lately my drink doesn't even taste like the Aztec did before and it's always a pale cream color while his is dark and more chocolate looking. I'm confused as why this occurs because if I'm already ordering this drink which should be brown in color and adding an espresso shot, you would think it would be a darker brown and not a pale cream color. There is no flavor or even the "spice" that you used to get with this drink. I hope they can fix this so I can continue to use this location and bring back the flavor the Aztec...
