We took my engagement ring in for a v-prong repair. When we went to pick it up I complained about the quality of the repair. I was told that's the way it is supposed to be. I only wore my ring maybe 20 times in six months. One of the prongs broke off at the repair point!! Horrible service. Charged me to have ring resized, which they did incorrectly. Sent the ring out through them again assuming they would correct their mistake and instead had a manager call to inform me I was going to be charged again. Inability to take accountability for their mistakes and a two month waiting period for my fiancee to finally be able to wear the ring I proposed with. Employees working at a jewelers should know how to correctly size someone's finger and not put the blame on me...

The personnel at the Idaho Falls store were absolutely fabulous today! James and Kathy went above and beyond in helping me sort through my late Grandma's jewelry and giving me estimates on the value of each individual item. They were very kind and were sincerely interested in helping me, something that is truly rare in today's world. By the time I left, it felt like we were almost family.
