Spencer's — Attraction in Idaho Falls

I've always loved Spencer's in my home state. But this one...I had the worst experience this last Wednesday. My friend and I walked in to look at keychains and the girl employee talks to us and we were friendly but then she would keep talking about random things and we started to brush her off so we can actually look at the merchandise and then she says "well fine then. Dont talk to me." Super rude. Then she continued to make us feel uncomfortable as we looked around the store with her unnecessary inappropriate comments. When I found an item to purchase she was nowhere around and when she was ringing us up, she told me that I needed to buy the cleaner for my item as well and I said no not right now. And persists to the max where it was uncomfortable. I got irritated and said fine. Then she made me choose between batteries or cleaner. There was a lady and her son behind me who have been waiting just as long as I was when waiting for her to appear. All I wanted was my item and I could leave. But she she continued to ask me what kind of soap I use and super personal questions in front of the people behind me. I just want to sum up and say she was very rude and unprofessional. I regret my purchase. I should of walked out when she would not listen to me when I said no to the cleaner. I am never going...

If I could put 0 I would I go in with my adult daughter to look around and I touch something and it's hits the ground and the young gal working there tells me if you break it you buy it ok that's fine then my daughter tells me the last time she was in the same store another gal asked questions like why are you buying that (she collects said item) The employee then said so go in the back where the sexual things are located and they say we are good and the employee says what are you Mormon and my daughter said yes I will never step foot in any of these stores...

SO PISSED OFF!!!! Stupid new guy decided to PURPOSELY switch my earings out for the wrong pair so he could save them for himself! I made a big scene in found of everyone when I had to drive all the way back and return them! I hope they fire him! He's a selfish prick! The girl that helped when I went back was very nice and I was being a horrible B!@$% so I feel bad about that but I was sooo mad!
