Family Dollar — Attraction in Indianapolis

Pleasantly surprised after an extensive remodel- In my opinion both the management and employees of this location are friendly, hardworking folks that are knowledgeable about their store and have always been willing to go the extra mile to accommodate. Not the safest, most well lit store in town; but finally being recognized by the neighborhood as the only retail location within a couple mile radius that is able to cover nearly any basic need encountered within about anyone's home. The store was about 3/4 empty and the cashier didn't know how to use the price reference guide in conjunction with the register sooo0... after finding a blue dot on the tupperware lunch container lit, I was estatic because the onçe $17.00 lunch kit was now a penny. Until the cashier called in supermnqger sp ok tsbthe blue dot as well and MUST have decided to take it for herself at that price because she swiped it up and took off as would a riathelete for the last spring. Had one cashier for at least 5 minutes. I got batteries that according to the sign was 5.25 for 24 batteries. They rang up 5.50. I told the cashier that I was charged to much. She at first told me they were 5.50 then she looked at the sign that said 5.25 she then told well we haven't the price tag. Then it was well I will have to void the transaction to give you your quarter. But it wasn't what she said it was the tone as if it was my fault that it was incorrectly rang up.
