Nearly 10 years ago, I took in my pink pearl bracelet for the clasp to be repaired. Due to unforeseen issues I showed up eight years later to see if they still had it. Of course I was told there’s no way. And as miracles never cease to amaze, they still had it. The owner, shocked as I was, didn’t even charge me for the repair, let alone storage fees.
