I’m driving to the movies and I spot a lady in a high visibility jacket on the curb on a roundabout nowhere near any parking or destination . She has no sign next to her and makes no gesture for me to stop. It is my first time here so I simply proceed as it’s not clear to me what her duty here is. I pass her and am already looking forward when she suddenly starts screaming ( it was completely unclear what she shouted ) so I stop. She says I am supposed to stop and must tell her where I am going. I took this opportunity to try and express some feedback to her I got out the sentence “ this is ridiculous I don’t need to say where I am going “ when she interrupted and re demanded I tell her. If she had let me finish my sentence she probably wouldn’t have been so worked up as I really had no beef with her but never the less I tell her where I am going to appease her and to try and de escalate as she seemed very hot under the collar. She then said I am supposed to tell her to have a goodnight , where I am going and nothing more. At this point I’m a little insulted that she thinks she is in a place to tell me precisely what I am allowed to say . I tell her I will not say that and go to drive off and she actually started using profanity and insulting me ( mind you if she used her own advice and had said goodnight I may have done so too ) I simply drove away looking forward to using a different exit and hopefully never seeing this person again in this lifetime. This all happened in 30 seconds wherein a employee screamed, insulted a customer, used profanity while I used no profanity, insulted nobody, talked over nobody, never raised my voice and ironically actually did exactly what was asked up until she started telling me what I am allowed to say. A slight recommendation if you want people to stop maybe indicate that ahead of time and not shout after they pass you. Regardless that is no reason to lose complete control of your emotions and start insulting people. Maybe she has a chip on her shoulder and wants to prove herself to random strangers but regardless I really just wanted to go to the movies not start arguments and I’m gonna go out on a limb and assume that’s not in her job...

I do wonder if there is an ongoing issue with confusion about start time of the Show versus differently announced times. We arrived with 7:15 start time but there was a huge line with no clarity as to how to line up quickly and efficiently. I'm told it is not typical to have lines here. Several people in line said they had been reassured the show started at We were told the show started at 8:15. We were seated close to 715 but we missed the first act!
The crowd was very engaged and enthusiastic and well-behaved. We met a lot of really great people there and had a really great time. These types of shows are clearly popular. The lower 4 (out of 5) score is simply due to the confusion about the start time and the lines. Parking for one car was $45 & we were unable to...
