Hollywood Park Residences — Local services in Inglewood

I've lived at the Wesley for a month, so it was time to leave it a proper review. We relocated across the country for work, and the Wesley team has made it a great experience and so much more seamless than I could have imagined.

Touring Experience - When we were looking to move, the Wesley was on the top of our list because it was located in a convenient area to where we'd be working. We toured several apartments in the area, and our experience at the Wesley was the best. They were willing to show us as many units as we wanted, even multiple views, so we could be sure we could get what we wanted. We couldn't come back for multiple visits since we were from out of town, which was super helpful. After we left LA and returned home, The Wesley was the only apartment that followed up with us after touring to get everything set up. They were also willing to send us videos and pictures or take measurements and things we couldn't do since we weren't local.

Move Experience - Relocating across the country is a lot of work, and the team at the Wesley was really on top of everything, from receiving all of our packages and making sure they were in our apartment to even building our bed for us so we wouldn't have to do that once we were here. I really can't thank the team here enough for making everything as smooth as possible.

Overall Living Experience - We love the amenities here, the location close to many things, and the weather not getting as hot as some of the other areas in LA can be. I feel like I live in a fancy hotel and love getting to come home here every day. It is a great spot to entertain and have friends over.

Some potential drawbacks, just so people are aware, it is close to So-Fi, The Forum, and other event spaces. If there's events going on, there can be traffic in the area. I've found that as long as you can plan around this, it hasn't been an issue. Plus, you can just walk on over if you are going to an event. As far as noise goes from events, if there is a stadium show, you can hear it, but it isn't obtrusive. It is also a new build, so things are still getting set up but the office is open every day, so there's always someone around to help you with everything you might need. Plus, since it is a new build, you'll be the first person in your apartment.

Great place and staff were really helpful and willing to show me a lot of options and the amenities. The only thing I wish is that these were condos available to buy, because this is a fantastic location and is only going to get better as SoFi has more events, the Olympics, more concerts, and of course the Rams. Don’t care for the Chargers ;)

Amazing rooftop with great views, rooftop pool, BBQ, and tv room. I was there during the day, but I bet one can lounge in the comfy chairs and couches on the roof or swim in the pool and hear concerts from the rooftop. I have a feeling my apartment there will be the go to spot before events at SoFi. There are entertaining spaces I can use when hosting customers before a game or event.

Based on the restaurants, SoFi, movie theater, and shopping, I have a feeling I won’t leave the area much after I get home from work. Being able to drink and walk home without having to deal with an Uber, will be greatly appreciated. This area is turning out to be like Downtown LA was always meant to be, but never actually happened.

The apartment I picked out was brand new and no one lived there before, which is an amazing feeling compared to some previous places I have suffered through. They also have two story apartments that create nice separation between the bedrooms and the open space kitchen and living room. The onsite Dog Spa is a great convenience for a dog lover like myself.

The proximity to SoFi Stadium enhances the overall experience, making it convenient and accessible for tenants and visitors such as myself. The cleanliness and beauty of Hollywood Park are exceptional, reflecting the care and attention to detail the staff puts into maintianing the area.

Speaking of staff, the staff at the Hollywood Park Residences were the best! Tonya showed me around the facility and highlighted all the wonderful amenities. Tonya's knowledge and assistance undoubtedly adds to the charm. Her helpful nature and expertise made me feel welcome and at ease.

I was visiting the other night to see the Pink concert at SoFi Stadium. I was a little concerned how the parking and traffic situation would be. To my surprise, it was a breeze! I was in and out of there in a jiff after the concert.

If you are considering a new living space, look no further! The Hollywood Park Residences have all you could hope for and more! Hollywood Park stands out as a prime destination. Its appeal lies not only in its proximity to the stadium, but also i the welcoming ambiance, cleanliness and helpfulness of its staff, particularly Tonya, who goes above and beyond to assist visitors.
