This store used to have the best customer services. The workers look a mess. I thought they were customers. Smh They should have to comb their hair to look nice & be dressed nicely. Their outfits are homely/ raggedy and unkempt. It look like snot in their hair & on their face. Disgusting to see. They should not be huddled together talking as the customer are in a line or standing around watching customers not helping. The breakroom is for personal conversation. I stood in line for 15 minutes. As one worker steams clothing watching. Three others talking to each other about personal issues. You all need to look like you sell clothes. , I'm homeless with a job. Will never go to this location again. Needs better employees. They would make more if they had better reputation this...

The store was nice and clean. I was greeted upon entering the store. I was allowed to look around for 15 minutes or so before a young lady asked if I needed any help finding anything. I especially liked the fact that I was given the price that was on a dress even though the price came up differently on the register. There wasn't a debate. I loved it!!! (Plus there were about 4 other dresses with that price on them they were all marked wrong) (This really what Customer Service is all about)!!! Wanted so badly to give it 5 stars. The styles and designs are outstanding. To my great misfortune, they had very little left in my size...and it's a Saturday, a day to shop! I'm visiting California from the east coast and realizing different regions stock and carry different colors and designs, I wanted to purchase things here that I may not see back at home. No luck...apparently everyone in California has the same taste as me and wears the same size. 3 stars for having to leave the store with FAR less...
