Inglewood Jewelry & Loan — Attraction in Inglewood

The management at this pawn shop is horrible. I come in the person handling my transaction is actively on the phone and not giving me their full attention. They misplaced my headphones. I understand accidents happens, however not taking responsibility and not apologizing is unacceptable. Instead of apologizing the owner of the shop banned me while I still have items in their possession. I suggest people give their money to another pawn shop. They don’t care about their customers. Luckily I had my ticket to prove they had my item if not it would have been lost. The only person with any respect and customer service is Miguel. He honestly made the mistaken and I’m fine with the mistake. However instead of apologizing the manager tried to throw Miguel under the bus. I refuse to do business with people who don’t care about their employees or customers.

Edit: After speaking with a legal professional. I was advised to sue. The owner banned me from the store after they made a mistake. It’s so hard to put my experience with Inglewood Jewelry & loan into words but I will try my best. In my most difficult and vulnerable moment this place has been a life saver. No one ever wants to pawn their belongings or find themselves in the need to resort to this but when I had no where else to turn a family friend recommended I come here. I have to admit I was greeted with the most exceptional customer service from Patty. She is the true reason I continue to come back. You can never predict the unexpected but at least now I have a plan. I come here bring what I have to offer and come back to pick it up once I am able and the girls are always welcoming. I know I should have made this review sooner, but unfortunately I wasn’t in that mindset before. I trust them with jewelry I didn’t even trust myself to wear in fear of losing irreplaceable pieces with sentimental value worth more than gold.
