The Knitting Tree, LA — Attraction in Inglewood

Amazing store, fabulous people. I was there for an event in their separate gallery space. We were so well taken care of by the staff. They thought of everything and catered to us. Some of us hadn't brought the right sized needles and they brought some over from the store for us to purchase so that we could have what we needed for the class. After the event I went over to the store. I'm a new knitter and had so many questions. The staff and owners were so helpful. They answered my knitting questions and my questions about the benefits of this product versus that product. I ended up making several purchases from their recommendations and WOW! I am so pleased. I love the complete needle set that I purchased, my new project bag and the few additional items to round out my knitting "kit." Their suggestions were right on. I have already used my purchases in two different class venues. I had everything I needed and my knitting supplies were so organized that I was super productive and was able to do so much...

it was a wonderful shop filled with the friendliest people I’ve encountered in a knitting store in a long time. I needed help with my project and everyone there was more than willing to help me. Knitting stores are notorious for not extending assistance if the client hasn’t purchased the yarn there. There is a very large selection of beautiful yarn and a larger than usual amount of finished pieces to choose future projects from. A wonderful store for very very nice yarns and such, but they kicked it up a notch by having classes and a knitting lounge. If that's not enough for you, they also have a fantastic gallery. This place has a little something for everyone that's interested in making items with yarn, but you can also make the the yarn. Yes, people, they can take you back super old school with wool for your old or new, (on display) spinning wheel. Go there, take a class or just lounge and ask a question, make a friend or two.
