I do not recommend this establishment. I am from outside of town and have never eaten here before. I drove through the drive thru around 1 am on 8/5 and explained to the person on the call box that I had 3 separate orders. The person on the call box then told me that she could only do 2 different orders. There was no cars behind me at that moment so I was curious at to why and also why that made a difference. So I asked. Person respond because they can only do 2 orders. Then I proceed to say that I would go inside and order my meals there. That is when the person told me that I could not because the lobby was closed. So they I asked again why I couldnt order my 3 meals on the call box. Then there was silence. I waited for about 1 minute or 2 and said hello that is when they answered are you ready? At that point I decided not to ask again so I order 2 of the 3 orders and was going to drive around again for the 3rd. Once I pulled up to the window i noticed they had a sign that said the drive thru and lobby was open 24hr. So basically they lied to me, wasted my time, lack of customer service. Oh and for the cherry on top because they decided to be uncooperative they created a line which led to someone leaving. Before ordering there food. Note to the owner: sometimes a little bit of customer service goes a long way. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI usually visit this restaurant in the morning and always receive great service. However, last night I went to the drive-thru and was served by Jose . It seemed as though he was having a rough day because he was being rude and I understand thatās how things are sometimes so I tried to make light of the situation and I said, āitās been a long day huhā and laughed . He smiled and said he couldnāt hear me then he told me to pull my car to the front of the store to receive my food. I said, āokay sureā then I said can I have extra sauce and I will pay for it (several times). He just stood there ignoring me at his register pretending to be listening to his next order. I know this because he said nothing into his mic and I looked back at the car behind me and the couple was talking amongst each other. So Jose was purposely ignoring me which was odd. Maybe instead of working the drive-thru, Jose should be assigned to clean the floors , tables , prepare the food , or sweep the lobby and parking lot. Managers should evaluate the morale and energy level of their drive-thru and front lobby cashier employees throughout their shifts to maintain burnout. When I got to the window she had completely gave a whole different order and had to repeat what I had originally ordered and she was being rude and not trying to fix the issue. I ask her for curly fries, which I got charged for, and ranch. I check my order once I get to my job and I had French fires with no ranch.
