Ridiculous. I was told by an In-Store Employee/manager that my item would be shipped to my doorstep the next day.(I live a total of maybe 16 blocks away)Which I thought was a great deal.(my buddies challenger wouldn't fit the humongo box) I know you say "Oh, some douchebag didn't get what he wanted the next day? too bad(first world Problems)." There is alittle something called accountability and it should be addressed by alot more ppl, too. Or when you say some thing, or make a deal with somebody it should be kept. If I would have known that it would have taken all weekend for them to cancel my local order and RE-order another one from another store/warehouse location, I would have found another way to get to my house rather than wait all weekend without a chair to sit in. I find this ridiculous that they would do this to someone, without a call or a contact, they just got my freaking email, they should have at least Emailed me to inform me of the change. So why not Highly Satisfied, See above. I am a server, if I brought my patrons food to them tomorrow and just let them sit there and never came back to their table to tell them that their food wouldn't be there until tomorrow. They would just leave, and probably not come back. Same concept, different environment. You make me a promise, I expect it to be Honored.

There were two young females at the desk. I kindly went up and asked if they would help me print it and one of the girls was very abrasive to me not in a good customer service way, but very abrasive telling me she would not do that because she had other orders in front of me that she was working on other important things! and the other girl witnessed her very poor customer service. Generally, I print here about two or three times a week. I think tomorrow Iām gonna buy a new printer tonight somewhere else not Staples, so I never have to walk in the store again. Train your people and customer service folks. Itās unfortunate when you have employees that treat your customers like this. We would have been ok with buying replacement cartridges. Unfortunately, however, the pandemic seems to have disrupted supply chains for printer cartridges along with many other commodities, so they were completely out, along with their distributors. We spoke to Claire and the manager, Chad, who offered many options for us and were very patient. Eventually we returned home and discovered the starter cartridges were embedded in the styrofoam upside down in a heap destined for the trash. We called them back and thanked them for their patience and apologized for being so grouchy, upon which Chad said he would have been grouchy too. We consider this to be top notch customer service.
