⚠️One specific massager had bad attitude!!! We came in as a group, all my friends’ massagers came first and then mine followed. However, I finished 5 min earlier than all my friends. Even the boss said to my massager “I thought you started at 3:25...(meaning the session only lasted 65 min instead of 70 min)“ She (said to the boss) insisted she started 5 min earlier. After hearing their convo, I felt more confused, so I told my friend very quietly that “I think my session was 5 min short”. However, she heard me and kind of blamed me for “blaming” her. She claimed to be honest, sounded like I ruined her honest reputation or something, which I clearly didn’t! I simply had a natural confusion about the timing and I was towards facts not people!! Also, I didn’t openly say so, I was talking to my friends and we didn’t want to do anything at all. Even though I was not happy at that moment, I decided to not talk about this, because it’s possible she did started earlier and I was wrong. And guess what? I was indeed wrong to be so naive as this was not the end. LOL.
⚠️When we were checking out, all massagers needed to split tips. I DID NOT say anything to any one at all, not about the “5 min” confusion, not about her harsh words earlier, nothing. But the dramatic part was she “humiliated” me and herself in front of many people by saying “Give me less tips, because my customer wasn’t satisfied with me.” I mean, whaaaat? I was in shock! She just started like that all of a sudden. So passive aggressive! I haven’t met any person in my life with such evil, calculating and revengeful thoughts. Even so, I still didn’t say anything before we left. I mean, this is the place she works so she’s the queen, isn’t it? :)
I can’t speak for other massagers and they seemed nice, the boss also had good attitude. But be aware that there’s 1 specific one who is rude and will hurt your feelings!!!!!!!!
If my massager is reading this, please be nice and kind to others in your life. I could be wrong about the timing, or somebody in the future could be questioning your technique whatever, but that’s not your excuse for acting weird with your “who-do-you-think-you-are-to-question-me” attitude. Stop being passive aggressive to your customers. Stop being so sensitive and no one blames you at all. I only started to blame you after we left the place with your...
Read moreI really like this place because they have a good deal on Yelp for $36 you get 40 minute massage for your neck and back and then a 30 minute reflexology on your legs and feet. It has a big room with eight beds and they give you a massage with your clothes on this was kind of new to me. After your back massage they soak your feet in hot water and then they massage your feet for 30 minutes. I have been here a few times and frankly I love the massages and it's a really good deal. The only drawback is that there is no door between the big room and the lobby so you hear a lot of noise people talking people walking in and out going to the bathroom so it's not super relaxing in that sense. So if you're looking for your own private room with complete silence this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a good massage and a good price then you'll like this place. The facility looks pretty clean and the staff is very...
Read moreWorst massage I’ve ever had in my life. I get massages every month with many different therapists. Do not get their deep tissue massage. The guy keeps stepping on your back like crushing grapes, which caused me to strain my neck and shoulder muscles and have bone bruises. I’ve had many Thai massages before and this person does not know what he’s doing. A good therapists knows to get the knots out, they have to listen to the body, not keep going deeper when the body is already teasing up in response. There’s a lot of liability issues with stepping on a clients back without consent (their menu did not say that you’re going to get stepped on) and without being properly trained. He didn’t understand “no” and I had to tell him twice before he stopped. Most likely will have to go to PT for my...
