Harvard Manor — Attraction in Irvine

I have lived in Irvine for over twenty five years, and I’ve come across several different managers. Krystal is, by far, the best manager I’ve had since moving here. You know you are in good hands, the moment you walk through the office door. She always greets me with a wonderful smile, and she usually stops whatever she is doing, to assist me with my needs. When I step into the office, it’s as if I’m the most important person in the world at that moment. Not only does she make sure my maintenance needs are attended too in a timely manner, she follows up to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I have witnessed her provide the same level of assistance to other tenants in our complex, and it warms my heart to know that she is genuinely a nice person, and proficient manager. This place is just a big yikes, honestly. I understand they are more affordable than most other irvine apartment complexes but it doesn't make up for the fact that management is literally never in the office. When they are, they lock the door so no one can meet with them even if they wanted too. I've had a terrible experience living here and I feel bad for future residents. After visiting Harvard Manor earlier this morning, I came away extremely impressed and it began the moment I was greeted by the bright smile of the office manager Krystal. She greeted me promptly upon my arrival at the complex and after a tour of the property she thoroughly addressed all of my needs and also made me aware of a few amenities that I wasn't aware of prior to my arrival.
