North Lake Park — Attraction in Irvine

Really enjoyed this lake park. Parking found at the north west area by the bridge feature. Took my girlfriend here for a walk n talk after a wonderful meal. The paths are filled moderately with all types of walkers. Even an occasional respectful bicycle. The lake feature does get a bit choppy in the afternoon. Lots of geese, ducks n other water fowl to see. In late Spring the rare gnat swarm can be had but outpaced. Plenty of benches to sit and reflect on life in general with a good friend. The North Lake Park is a beautiful place to visit and walk around. The environment is so serene and quiet. I went at night on a Sunday. While I was there, a young man was playing jazz on his trumpet underneath the gazebo that sits inside of the lake. It was very beautiful to listen to, and make for quite a romantic feel if I may add. Everyone who I passed while I walked around the lake was nice. They either smiled, nodded their head, or politely walked by me. North Lake Park is a lake park located in Woodbridge, Barranca Pkwy. in Irvine. It is a quiet and peaceful place where you can enjoy beautiful scenery like a scene from a movie. If you walk around the lake, you can see a flock of ducks. They don’t run away when you approach them, but rather approach people friendly. It seems like they are asking for food.
