Living in CA, my 4th year Somehow I've been to every Lost Bean location except this one here Like the Woodbridge Village & Flight Way spots because of the ability to walk, wander But this location is also charming, plenty of seating in/out to sit and ponder Met with a friend today I saw individuals independently working away A policeman enjoying his morning brew With a man and his dog, maybe a spontaneous crew A group of men, morning Bible study gathered around a large table In a hurry, individuals online ordering/to-go, able Though I didn't eat The Lost Bean does have options for a breakfast, savory or sweet I've tried a breakfast sandwich and oatbar in the past The blueberry muffins seemed to be selling fast After scoping out other reviews, had to see what's the jazz With the signature LaPaz I ordered it 12 oz hot And to my surprise, enjoyed it a lot How much sugar is actually in there? I loved the fact they had the coffee beans roasted the day before hence giving a better taste, most coffee shops have not smooth coffee with more than a month old roasted beans due to them doing it in bulk so I really appreciated the fine coffee for a very cheap price. The service is great here and is a very nice place to grab coffee. I really like that after school I can go to this place and use there wifi and chill. Today I had a Carmel mach and a blk fresh coffee and I was there from around 3:30 to around 7:00 and the coffee and the service was amazing. I had only one thing that wasn't my favorite and that was that there was a playground nearby and had a lot of loud kids but that should be expected for a playground. I believe this to be a all-round good coffee shop. I wanted to say that although people dislike their food and their coffee prices I firmly believe that you don't go to a coffee shop expecting good food the food is mediocre but they specialize in coffee not food it's like going to a Mc.donalds and saying I didn't like that they didn't have wine, you go to a beanery/coffeehouse for coffee. And the price although high me personally think it's cheap due to the fast that the coffee has recently roasted beans and very smooth coffee I would say the prices are fair if you want very nice coffee I had a blk 16oz for under $4 and it was amazing. This is literally my very first Google review - I love the Lost Bean so much that I feel like I must write a review for it! This is my go-to place for whole coffee beans. I almost solely drink lattes and make my own espresso at home. The lattes in the cafe are okay but the beans are just phenomenal. I am a dark roast person and absolutely recommend their Decaf beans and the recent 20-year anniversary beans!! Both are very easy to dial in, rich and smooth. The decaf beans have noticeable caramel taste which I love so much. The anniversary beans have all the flavors described in the package incredibly blended together, creating a very silky, smooth, balanced overall flavor and texture. It is So GOOD! I don’t usually go for something that says smoky but the smokiness in there actually makes it taste good! Not sure how long they would supply the anniversary beans and I hope they will forever! Their regular espresso triple blend is okay and harder to dial in, though.

Overall, I highly recommend trying their beans out if you like making your own coffee. You get a free cup of drip coffee with purchase of each bag of beans too. Although many times they forgot to make the free cups for me, especially...
