This was honestly one of the worst experiences of my life. We bought our tickets online, and when we went to scan them, the woman at the entrance told us we needed to have an adult with us. She specifically said âfind an adult or someone over 18â â she never once said it had to be a parent. So, we did exactly that. We found adults who were also watching the same movie, and she let us in.
We sat down ready to watch, and suddenly we got kicked out for âlying.â The manager, Ash Wagner, walked us out while we tried to explain that we never got any notice saying we couldnât go in under 18. Their response was basically âI donât care.â He kept saying we lied because we came in without adults, but thatâs not true â we literally asked adults to come in with us, just like we were told to do.
We asked for a refund, but they refused for no reason other than being money-hungry and ruining teenagersâ nights. They couldâve just let us stay and enjoy the movie with the adults we came in with, or at least refunded us. Instead, we got forced outside until security made us leave â and even security admitted they were on our side.
What makes this even worse is Ash Wagnerâs behavior. When we said his name, this grown man stuck his tongue out at us, made peace signs, shook his head, and made weird sounds to mock us. Then he started laughing and saying, âhahaha, bro, these little kids.â Itâs actually embarrassing for a manager to act like that towards teenagers. The employees were even staring and waving at us through the window, laughing, as if thatâs professional behavior.
Ash Wagner kept repeating, âwell now you know,â after we explained that the woman at the entrance was the one who let us in. That makes no sense â we shouldâve been told the real policy before buying tickets or at the entrance, not after getting kicked out.
This was a ridiculous, unprofessional experience. If you can avoid it, go anywhere other than this Regal. Employees here â especially Ash Wagner â donât take their jobs seriously, treat kids with no respect, and apparently think mocking teenagers is acceptable...

She never said it had to be our parents. So, we went and found adults who were seeing the same movie, came back, and she let us in with no problem.
Not even 10 minutes later, we got kicked out by the manager, Ash Wagner, for supposedly âlying.â We tried to explain that we followed the exact instructions we were given, but he just kept saying âI donât careâ and accused us of sneaking in without adults. Thatâs literally not true â we asked people over 18 to come in with us, exactly like we were told.
We kept asking for a refund since we werenât allowed to stay, but they flat out refused. Instead of being professional and resolving it, Ash Wagner treated us like a joke. Outside, he mocked us, stuck his tongue out, threw up peace signs, shook his head, and made noises like a child â and this is a grown man, supposedly a manager. The staff even laughed at us through the window. It was humiliating and completely unprofessional.
To make it worse, he kept saying, âwell, now you know,â as if thatâs an excuse for not being clear in the first place. If the rule is no minors at all without their parents, then say that upfront â not after weâve already paid, been let in, and sat down.
This place clearly doesnât care about customers, especially younger ones. Instead of being fair, respectful, or professional, theyâd rather take your money and kick you out for no reason. If youâre thinking about coming here, donât. Go literally anywhere else â unless you want to deal with rude employees who mock kids and...
Read moreI came here to watch the new Gretel and Hansel movie. I walk through the door to the concessions and all the staff is just mingling up there talking to each other while there is people waiting to order. Mind you there was like 5 associates literally standing up there talking. The girl Yesenia completely ignored what we asked and gave us what she felt like giving us. After scanning our points she then says sorry they were already scanned , in other words she wasnât going to fix her mistake. We get handed a half full large cup of coke that has soda all over it. So we asked another associate to fill it, they have the audacity to tell us âyou can just come back later and get a free refillâ ... seriously? They did end up filling it. Walked right into our auditorium, no one checked for our tickets. Horrible customer service here. Please donât get a job where you have to talk to people if all you want to do is hang out with your friends. Customer service is...
