Windrow Community Park — Attraction in Irvine

Very nice baseball field with very good dimensions for high school. The field is meticulously maintained with no holes or bumps, and almost perfect grass infield for no bad hops. The pitchers mound and batters box are both smooth and free of holes. Nice well stocked and clean bathroom is right behind home plate. There was a snack bar but it was not opened. There is also of vending machine to sell over priced sodas and sports drinks. There is nothing from preventing you from bringing all the food you want and there are picnic tables near by. There are benches on either side of home but nothing directly behind and no shade. No playground in the vicinity for the younger kids to run around. Such a beautiful park. Great place to play sports, let your dog run around, workout and most importantly let your children play at the playground. It's all new and safety measures are definitely in place. The bathrooms are clean and there's even a community center located there along with a big room you can rent out for a birthday party or any social gathering. If you have a party or picnic and forgot something there's a grocery store right across the street. I wished they had a vending machine (maybe the do but I didn't see it) as it would complete the trifecta.
