I work with the Orange county courts to provide supervised visits for non custodial parents. I thought that I found a place that the children would enjoy to go with their parents on their visits where they could play games and have fun. Although the place is quite dirty, the children don't seem to mind so I go along with it. I take several of these families to the game chest so they can enjoy time together. I had a family recently book three hours on Thursday at 5 PM. The woman named "Karen" (very fitting name for her) decided that she wanted to rent our game table to other players that would pay more money for a "tournament game" so she told us that we would have to leave even though we had paid for the table for three hours and had only been there for one hour. She told us that her "off spring" had booked us the table and that he should not have. We told her that we always book a table twice a week. She became VERY confrontational so we were happy to leave rather than hear her go "on and on". She was not only rude to me and the two children and their parent, but I felt really sorry for her poor son that she continued to refer to as her "offspring" I work with children all of the time and if I heard the parents refer to their child as their "offspring" rather than son, (several times) I would certainly write that in my report to the judge. What a shame this woman is. It's hard to believe that she runs a business. She has absolutely no People Skills. Again her name is "Karen". Not a nice person. It appears that all of your one star reviews also talk about how rude you are. I am not responsible for your scheduling. The table was reserved for us for three hours by your staff as it has been every week for the last two months. You just wanted to bring in the extra players for extra money, with no concern for your other...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad a very bad experience at this store with the supposedly owner. Did not even deserve a star, but had to give it one in order to leave this review. Not sure if the owner is going to read this, but this is directed to you.....you as the owner should know how to treat your customers, which In this case is the kids. There was no need to yell at a child and push him with the sign(you have no right to touch a child that is not yours) when the parent was right there about to say something to the child...when confronted you said I could yell if I want to because Iām the owner. That does not give you the right to mistreat a child, I bet if it was the other way around you would not like it. One more thing, it also made you look like a racist because another child did the same thing as mine, and you looked at the childās parent and nicely told the parent if they could please remove their child from where he/she was. If you are going to treat a customer differently because of the color of their skin put a sign up letting the people know so they can avoid being mistreated and having to explain to a child why they...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDO NOT SHOP here! I came in this store in hopes of supporting a small business during the pandemic and had a horrible experience. I spent $60 on toys for my kids, one item was a $30 play dough set. When we opened it immediately after leaving the store, we noticed the play dough was completely dried up. I immediately brought it back, they said they would exchange it by refunding me and charging me again. Turns out, they charged me twice. I called the store and the person was rude and refused to fix the problem, saying his boss was out of town. When I asked his name he panicked and pretended not to hear me, he stalled the conversation not wanted to give me his name. He finally said it was āLaytonā. Then stopped responding. I called back and he did the same thing. It was incredibly rude and frustrating. Save yourself the frustration and shop Target or Amazon. With this kind of customer service, itās...
