UPDATE! ONLY NOW REALIZING THAT THEY CHARGED THE SAME FOR THE SUPPOSEDLY INCLUDED TABLE THE SAME 1900.00 AS WAS CHARGED FOR THE HUGE SOFA!!! NOTHING WAS ACTUALLY TRUE WITH THIS PLACE. I RECOMMEND RESEARCHING OTHER COMPANIES TO DO BUSINESS WITH AS THIS PLACE IS COMPLETELY A SCAM IF YOU AREN'T REALLY AWARE, UNFORTUNATELY LIKE ME. NO STARS FROM ME TECHNICALLY AND RUN AWAY!!!If you see advertised as a lease to own and only $39 to start, it isn't a lease to own business and nowhere in the entire interaction was mention of $39. I found the advertisement on Facebook marketplace for a sofa that I really wanted so much. I wasn't able to make it to Irving right away, but had asked some questions and finally the day I was able to get there, I asked if it was still available and I was told it would be 4 weeks if I wanted him to order it. I said I would come and see if anything else was similar that I liked before I made my decision. I was very surprised when arriving that most of the in store inventory was very different and I was told the sofa I inquired about was no longer even able to be ordered and I asked about similar ones and was given a few options. I decided to go with the same sofa in blue and while the table it was with in the ad was not available either the guy told me a table i really liked could be an option for me. Now, once again, before I had my friends drive and take me on such an outing I asked the man specifically what I needed to bring to start the lease and his response the first time was only $39. I then asked him what did I need other than the $39 in order to begin the lease to own process. He said the money, an account that has an account as well as routing number and my dl etc. Nothing that made me feel it wouldn't be a possibility for me to do. Oh I was wrong. The man had not been honest or very forthcoming at all, MOE'S his name. There was no $39 to start the lease as it isnot a lease to own furniture store at all. It is a no interest financing if paid off in 90 days, which overpriced furniture such as most of their inventory, is gonna be about 1300/mo for 3 months and if you don't then I guess it is a pretty steep interest rate. Also, I was told an account with an account and routing number was needed, which I had, not it is an online bank and would be declined so basically I felt I had wasted not only mine but my friend's time in this whole fiasco, not to mention it was a big let down cuz they had located the sofa I had wanted at another location and it had a very small mud spot if I wanted it and I did. Now I'm irritated and still not able to get my sofa. I went to the car while my friends were talking and was so grateful to them because they paid for it in full so I could pay it out to them. They are a blessing. I picked out a rug and we were gone. The following day I got a call to tell me the sofa I was supposed to be getting abs was already paid in full was not able to be sold as there was a significant amount more damage that 1 small spot and it seemed it couldn't be cleaned either so did I want a red one that's identical or a similar pink one. I chose red avd was satisfied although annoyed. Then another call about more damage on the red one and told it is not noticeable but I can keep both rugs. I went into the store “just looking” I knew exactly what I wanted and Moe was there to greet and help. I ended up purchasing a vanity and Moe had me in and out in less than 30 mins (I loved how quick and easy it was) now onto delivery- I won’t lie delivery ended up getting rescheduled and rescheduled (mirror wasn’t delivered to them before my original date scheduled and then another time tried to deliver outside of my requested window and finally the last few times too late at night) I felt really discouraged and was ready to cancel everything. I contacted the store and spoke to Diana she was friendly and tried to provide solutions along with being empathetic and understanding of the situation. She let me know she would speak to Moe and then I received a call from Moe letting me know he’d bring it himself and he’d be about 2 hours. I agreed as I realized that they truly were going above and beyond and seemed happy to do so. Exactly 2 hours later Moe was at my house setting everything up and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I gave 5 stars due to I know things happen and not everything is going to go seamless however they are truly there to help and provide solutions to an issue. I definitely recommend them! I’ve spent weeks looking for a new living room set. I was down to my last straw and really needed to make a final decision. Benjamin out of every one (who just looked and stared), was quick to assist and really took his time with me while searching my specific needs. I would have preferred to use his searching tool myself because I saw so many interesting pieces that I wanted more information on and he was quick to scroll through them. It eventually became frustrating (with language barrier and him not allowing me to control the search) and I wanted to end the search again but he stopped me, was persistent and got the sale.

Noteworthy, WHEN FINANCING: They do not tell you the true full price. And it comes as a shock after paying double the retail value that was advertised. That is very unfortunate. I wouldn’t suggest purchasing from there again unless you plan to payoff an item within 3 months. Otherwise you are severely overpaying.
