Aladdin Shrine Center — Attraction in Jackson Township

Grand Oaks, due to its owners, Randy and Peggy Mosher, made all our dreams come true! From the first moment we walked inside, until they personally helped send us off to our first night together, we were in total awe and bliss over the whole package.The building is gorgeous, and you can see all the meticulous details and efforts Peggy made in making this a "Grand" place. This place also has a beautiful courtyard! The gazebo offered a lovely spot to take pictures, and I am sure would make a gorgeous ceremony spot. The staff is unbelievebly perfect, sweet and nice as well. They all work together for the same goal as you- making your wedding day as perfect as you deserve. They will meet with you at your convenience, respond to emails/calls quickly, always seem to have answers and results right away, and give the best advice/suggestions.The other attention to detail is in the Brides and Grooms rooms. They are planned with the intent in mind and work out fabulous. The Brides room even has an oversized bathroom so the maids are able to assist easily.They have thought of everything! There are so many "things" you can borrow, rent, or buy at great prices for the day. This is such a nice feature they offer, because they will reuse the items, and are passing the savings onto you.The bathrooms are out of this world. The mens was nicer than some ladies, and the ladies was fabulous. Extra stalls, triangled toliet paper,individual trash bins in each stall, plenty of sinks and mirrors, a waiting area, long mirrors to double check yourself, and so on! This place is also super affordable! It is tucked back in a gorgeous setting on the edge of Grove City, and this place will soon take off! Randy and Peggy understood my attention to details and perfectionist attitude right away, so we worked super well together always getting along great! Peggy would suggest things that she had thought of that I could not see in the moment. She thought of everything you could ever want and ten million times more. She and Randy are so loving and personable, you cannot help but hug them each time you leave. They go out of their way for you to make your dreams come true. That is why they started the place; it was their dream to do all this and make your dreams come true. As we left on our wedding night we hugged them and thanked them profusely; then we said you made all hopes, dreams, prayers and wishes come true! Peggy had a tear in her eye and said you made all mine come true right now by saying that, and I know you mean it! Every single person we talked to after the wedding goes on and on and on about how wonderful and awesome the place was and the effort, thought, time, and love the owners put in to it. They tell us it was the most beautiful, lovely, stunning, perfect wedding they have ever been to. Grand Oaks made our special day absolutely perfect! We rate Grand Oaks 5 out of 5 only because Google does not allow us to rate it 6 out of 5.The venue is beautiful both inside and out with a gorgeous piano, fireplace, and beautiful décor throughout. The bathrooms are very nice and I appreciated having a separate groom's room and bride's room as it helped with our overall experience and getting ready prior to our ceremony. Our initial meeting with Peggy was very informative and helpful. So much that we decided to book the venue right there and then! The pricing of things seemed to be pretty standard of what you'll find anywhere else with certain amounts due at certain times prior to the event. Again, that only seems very standard and I can't imagine another scenario or price otherwise for them to do so again, no complaints there! From there, we worked with Cori throughout the process and she was very prompt in responding to our emails and helped us throughout the process including giving us ideas and suggestions of what she has seen work in the past. The caterer that the venue uses (although we were welcome to use a different caterer) was so helpful and in the tastings that I attended, I found all of the food to be so tasty. I asked if he would be able to do something a little different than his usual dishes by making something more ethnic, and the caterer was more than happy to do so....and he did an amazing job doing so!!! I heard nothing but compliments about the food and anything left over was on a cart at the end of the night waiting for me to take home. Bryan, the caterer, even went as far as calling my mother to ask her questions so that he could make the food as close to our expectations as possible. The evening of the ceremony, they were all so helpful, paying attention to every little detail and I later found out that they asked my mother numerous times how she was doing and if there was anything they could do to help. Peggy was even so nice to even bustle my wife's wedding dress after taking pictures, and before the reception. Rather than just handing us the keys to the place and saying "have at it, don't trash the place", they were hands on and helped us out from the beginning of the evening all the way to the end, and beyond it. I have been flooded with nothing but compliments about our wedding and there are so many reasons that Grand Oaks and their staff have a part in those compliments. I would fully recommend this venue to anyone for any other event that they wish to have...

Grand Oaks was a fantastic place to get married! As the groom, I wanted to have somewhere nice but fun for friends and family as well. We used the outdoor space with the Gazebo to hold our ceremony and it was beautiful! they also have a mic and speaker system outside for use. They provide nice wooden chairs to be used so there's no hassling with multiple rental companies. With weather as a concern, there is a nice area inside to have as a backup. There is also a putting green and cornhole boards available which everyone had fun with! There are very nice rooms for both the bride and groom (and wedding party) to get ready and relax in. The hall for the reception is gorgeous and there is a dance floor with some color wash and sound activated LED lights. There are drop down screens that can be used but disappear cleanly when not used. The staff was fantastic and help make sure that every detail has been thought of and planned. Overall just the best experience that we could have asked for with our wedding. It seems that Grand Oaks thought of everything when it comes to making your wedding day perfect!
