The Jackpot Lounge — Restaurant in Jackson Township

I sat at the bar, & I ordered one beer, of which, I paid cash. I left the bar, to go out to the heated patio, that they provide for their customers, to smoke a cigarette. Before I went out to the patio, I ordered a second beer and I laid out another $7.00 cash for my one beer, $4.00 for the beer plus a $3.00 tip! I did not wait for, or watch for, the bar tender to pick it up!? My fault, because when I went to leave the bar, from the patio, the bar tender stopped ME, IN FRONT of everyone & accused me, of NOT paying for my second beer!? WOW!? I'm 100% positive that I laid that cash out for her!! I was by myself...SO, it was extra embarrassing! Either, the bar tender was taking advantage or there are quick & fast, thieves going too and patronizing this bar!!?? I simply agreed to PAY again for something I didn't even get! Just, SO, it wouldn't become an even bigger scene with even MORE embarrassment!! Just be aware folks...thieves seem to be lurking...

RUDE/DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER/BOSS

This place was dirty and over crowded. The manager is rude and don’t know how to carry conversations without Showing some respect and needs to be let go. Who gives eye rolls while talking to her employees. The drinks itself was weak and unsatisfactorily. I have asked for manager and the bartender laughed and said” for what” this whole place is a joke

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BAR. I have never encountered such a rude, disrespectful, deceitful manager. To the point we reported them to the better business bureau. Do not come to this bar - the manager gave us a false bill, charged us and than told us, would refund us for their mistake (i guess assuming no one would go pick up the owed money) when we drove all the way back there to pick up the promised refund and after 20 minutes of waiting on him she decided to refuse to pay it! The most unethical manager I have witnessed! GO...

I don’t see how this place has as high a star rating as they do. I walked in on a Wednesday maybe 10 people in the place. Waited 12 minutes to be helped. Bar tender was texting or something and then talking to I assume locals. Cost $15 for a double shot of Johnny walker. You can buy a bottle for $37. Very unfriendly staff. Beware of fake reviews. It happens all the time. Also the bartenders last words to me were you are welcomed to go somewhere else ..., I have been all over this country and have never paid this much...
