Camelback Ziplining — Attraction in Jackson Township

Worst experience ever… I have bought tickets online which was a nightmare as well to buy them I had to call from Nov 4th trying to do it online i finally called and they gave me wrong tickets.

On Nov 6th finally they were able to resolve my tickets. Finally

Nov 9th I got my tickets and came to zip lining … it was a disaster … machines were supposedly down and had to wait ON LINE FOR 1 hr and currently still waiting on line … lines are ridiculous slow ! And I’m writing this comment as I’m still standing online. The ladies here pick and choose who to help. The short lady kept telling me “I’ll be back” when I wanted to ask a question and she walked away and never helped me. Worst place ever … if you coming goodluck.

After standing online for 1hr and 35 min ! For my 12:30pm appt which it was now 2pm ! The lady in the front stated that I was able to go on the zip lining at 3:30pm !! So now that the ladies in the front promised “you won’t lose your time slot” I actually did and still had to wait for another hrs ? We just left , at this point we were frustrated. Never again .

Update: It’s been more than a week and nobody was able to resolve my problem … no phone call from Dave and Christine could not be able to help. Anyone trying to buy tickets...

We went there to the look out area ,not really to use the Zip Line.The view is beautiful and breathtaking.We we're lucky this Friday morning the sun was out but there was a cool breeze all over, my kid and his mom needed a hoody because they found it to be a bit chilly.So we took pictures and enjoyed the fresh air,with the views.If your near Great Wolf Lodge or Camelback lodge ,you should visit.Thanks again for...
