Big Pocono — Restaurant in Pocono Township

The worst tasting food our family has ever had! Spent $70 for 2 cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, Mac and cheese french fries personal pan pizza and a Pepsi and pink lemonade. The Mac and cheese was good I'd rate it 4 out of 5. However the burger meat was worse then school food the tomato was horrible dried and hard the sandwiches must have been sitting there since the opening. The chicken tenders were cold and hard. The pizza was flimsy cold all out nasty worst pizza I've ever had. The fries were soggy. When asked if we could get something different we were told that is what was made. Big Pocono is a place where you have to push a tray and serve yourself with food prepared en gros from shelves, looks like a cheap Canteen for a Factory/School from a developing Country. And the SHOCK COMES!

No surprise it has so bad reviews. It actually damaged the whole resort experience. My credit card wasn't signed, so the cashier (Michaela) snatched the food from the 2 year old baby and the 9 yo kid, and throw it away without any further discussion, later, when asked to call the manager, she called her fellow cashier, and pretended he was the manager, since he clearly didn't looked like the manager, I came later on, and found the actual manager, who didn't do anything.
