Thirsty Camel Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Pocono Township

There were 2 bartenders handling the food and drink orders on 6/23/2024. They were busy but I understood. I patiently waited for my turn for about 20 minutes. When you're waiting 20 minutes, you know who was waiting ahead of you and who was after you. Well, a few guys stepped to the bar and they were served right away. I griped to this other guy (who was patiently waiting longer than me) to say "that was crazy". The other guy agreed, and the bartender shouts out "it happens". That guy and another family left. My family left as well. I stuck around to give the bartender my feedback, that their job is to also observe customers who have been waiting and to serve the customers in order. The older bartender said the other bartender was new, but I told her I saw her direct the new bartender to serve those guys. Her response to that was by talking to me, she's not serving others. Anyway, that older bartender is terrible. Don't bother going to this place. Where time is limited in the waterpark, don't waste your time waiting for service...

Poor service!!! Don't bother going in for a drink if you are a woman. Went in here on Thursday afternoon on 8/11 around 2p.m. the place was almost empty, went to the bar where there was an older woman/ blonde bartender who completely ignored me. I stood right in front of her and while waiting for her to take the payment from the person sitting right next to me, I witnessed her the bartender being nasty to a 11yr old boy who asked her when she thought his order would be ready...she responds "I don't know, it comes out when it comes out" I was shocked. After she takes the payment she doesn't acknowledge me and walks over to a gentleman who had just walked in and attends to him. I then walked back to the end of the bar and stood again next to the customer she was servicing and two men came in and she attends to them. I then say excuse me I've been waiting here a while and not only did she not apologize she responded rudely. I will never go in there again and based on other reviews I wish I would've read them...

This place was so dirty and disgusting the doors was full of finger prints n grease. Only One server. The food was nasty. The fries were hard. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak for $19 the food was made so sloppy the fries were overcooked and the chicken nuggets that I ordered for my baby son were stale on the inside. I also asked for a new drink because the frozen drinks were just sugared down. I can't believe I spent $70 with gratuity for the nastiest food ever I had they don't recommend eating here. It's not cheap and it's not fresh and it's just terrible never again I wish I had photos, but I just...
