Camelback Lodge — Hotel in Pocono Township

It wasn’t so bad. The arcade and waterpark was very fun. The service, however, we arrived at 2p to check in at 3p but it checkout time got pushed to 4p and we didn’t get a room until closer to 5p. They gave us an approximate wait for 3-5 mins to get our room. The wait was really 40 mins and they had no way to see if our room or other guests rooms were close to ready. My boyfriend and I were staying at great wolf lodge and they had a POWER OUTAGE (with apperantly no damn backup generator or something) so we got sent here with a 50 percent discount on our room and it has been GREAT. The water park is better, the arcade is better, everything is generally better. The front desk employee Cici helped us out very throughly and answered all our questions. Went for the firework show. I have to say they were very well organized great show and also excellent supervision on letting everybody out of the parking lots very organized, would definitely go again.
