Waffle Cabin — Restaurant in Pocono Township

The girl that works there is very unprofessional. The person was was assisting me originally took my order of a maple waffle and a coffee. I am standing in the rain with my baby and nobody says anything about my coffee. Finally this girl pops up and tells me I need to go over to another food truck to get my coffee because they don't have any. I go over and they don't have any cream or milk for my coffee ( they didn't let me know this upon ordering). I asked for a refund for the $5+ black coffee and this girl gives me a nasty face and tone as if it was my fault. Once again I am standing in the rain with my baby. After almost 10 minutes I ask about the refund and she says oh I need my manager you can leave and come back later (once again giving me a look as if I am a nuisance). Waffle was hard as a rock. Quite possibly the worst food experience I have ever had in my entire life. I waited for 40 minutes in a line of 8 people to order. There was one person making all the waffles and she burned most of the batches causing the wait to be even longer. She was cooking them while not wearing a mask and the cashier went back and fourth between handling food and money. There was also a guy in the back not doing anything and he looked really high. I asked for chocolate syrup on my waffles and the guy pretty much dumped half the bottle on it. They struggled to get the waffles out of the cooker so by the time they were served they were completely mutilated. The total for 3 waffles and a hot chocolate came out to $32. Waffles were dry and sad like stale cereal. Hershey’s syrup was gross like the lone coco bean no one wanted to take from South America. Whipped cream was watery like the tears of the child that had to eat this waffle, and the sprinkles were nasty like the attitude of an emotional teenage girl.
