Mid America Appliance Parts — Attraction in Jackson

My dryer had stopped heating and I called a couple of techs to come out and fix it. One of the techs told me that my dryer could not be fixed. I knew that he wasn't tell me the truth. In my gut I knew that my dryer could be fixed. I called my sister and she told me what to do so that I could repair it myself. I called Mid America after having called so many other stores and they were the only ones to have the part that I need. To back up for a moment, when I called the gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and went I had gone to the store to get the part that I need they were even more polite. Drove 40 minutes to get a heating element for our oven. I showed a picture of what the element looked like and he went to the back grabbed what I also thought was what was needed. Was super nice and helpful. Was very pleased with my first time going there. Got home and it wasn’t the right one, so we drove another 40 minutes back to Jackson to get the correct one. Took the broke one in this time to actually compare and he would not help at all without the numbers on the oven but we showed him you can’t read them! The first time he just looked at a photo of the element but we come back and now you can’t help at all?
