1 Stop Nail Supply — Attraction in Jacksonville

Great employees compared to similar shops. When I visit this city I always stop here for my nail accessories. Kind of like Aliexpress but in US. They don't carry professional brands but I knew this going in. Update as of 6/2024 I no longer will shop here. The customer service I received Thursday 6/13 at 6pm was horrible. Different employees then my last visits. I seat down on a 5 gallon bucket because I was feeling sick. Maybe 5 minutes or so. As I seat 2 men came from the back and started standing near me. Then the front desk guy came and asked if I needed help. I said no I just was feeling a little sick. Then I added "actually I do have a question". He answered but tried to make me think I didn't know what I was talking about. Then he walked away to check someone out. He made a big mistake and charged that lady's card twice and she went HAM on him. She demanded a full refund and left the store. Finally I get to the counter with my stuff. He over charged me as well. Counting items twice and pricing items higher than posted signs. He continued to be rude and unaccountable. I will not return because we...

The store has variety. I started doing my own nails and got my supplies from here.

The Asian guy who seemed to be the owner does not have proper customer service skills. On the door they have a sign that says “no large purses inside”

Which is fine with me but that indicates that they have a problem with theft.

I went without my handbag and I was inquiring about some items. The body language and the tone was a turn off.

I asked what the return policy was, which was a fair question since I was purchasing electronic devices. He jumped up and said “No return”. So I said how will I know if these items are working he said he will test it right now. I allowed him to open the items I purchased and he tested them and I went on my way.

I would appreciate it if and when I come by the store I would like to be treated like a customer who is here supporting your business and not someone who is looking problems or whatever it is you believe.

I’m currently going to perfect 10 nail school. Our class had a field trip to 1 Stop Nail supply today. They were having a demo show on ACE nail products. Our presenter was Jimmy Nguyen (@lobo_nailz on insta). We learned how to apply Gel x, 1 bead 2 beads and 3 beads methods for acrylic, also how to apply the acrylic properly. We learned about dip powder and how to make an ombré with dip and some nail art! We even got shown a good method to apply gems/diamonds. On top of that everyone was very helpful and kind.
