I would give a zero if possible. Customer service was god awful. Joshua checked us in and when we requested a new room he didn’t give it to us. When we got there the room stunk, a pillow case was stained brownish yellow. The sheets and comforter were flimsy and itchy. We found dead bugs and the shower had black grime that looks like it wasn’t cleaned in years and there was hair clumped in it. The shower curtain wouldn’t even stay closed because the bar was so awfully screwed in, you could even see all the previous holes from it falling off before. The microwave was covered in filth and the stove was also greasy along with the overhead light and fan. When we asked about any utensils or pans for the stovetop, Joshua told us to go to dollar tree. The toilet... i can’t even find words to describe the inside of it. The tv barely worked as well. Before checking in they wouldn’t even allow us to look at the room and had a $400 charge for this sh**ty room. We found out cleaning only happens EVERY OTHER WEEK. not even every week. absolutely disgusting. A transformer blew and the water went out. Nikki and joshua gave us very rude service when we mentioned this and were short to the point. Joshua was even away from the desk cleaning water up from the whole first floor. i wasn't comfortable leaving my belongings in the room, didn’t want to walk on the floor with my bare feet or any socks at all. We booked a week trip and didn’t even stay half of it and the leftover money was under half of our bill and we were told there were no refunds. We weren’t even given the guidelines packet upon check in. The hours for the front desk were 3pm-8pm and the gate wouldn’t be opened on time and even was closed early. It was loud, stinky, and just awful. Don’t book this place. Even found reviews saying there were bed bugs months ago. Completely terrible and i don’t feel bad about including names of employees because of how awful it was. The last employee, Cherie i believe was her name, was the only nice person here and seemed appalled by her coworkers service given to us. This says a lot. She even mentioned that they did have dish packs offered for purchase, which Joshua didn’t mention to us at all. She even said they were understaffed. Understaffed or not you need to have cleaning service a lot more than every other week. The no refund comment really threw us off cause the day we got there they told another woman that she could get a refund. Don’t trust the pictures on their website cause those white looking rooms and the nice lighting, it’s all yellow. the walls are yellow from people clearly smoking in there’s over the years and the lights barely turn on. The third night we stayed at a family members house and the fourth night we switched hotels and they cut our key cards off immediately without letting us speak to anyone. I’m much too professional with reviews than i wish i could be, because this place deserves a vulgar review. I’m going to come back to this and post photos. We’re taking it up to corporate because of this. This place needs to be shut down. Go through the reviews from years ago, they always reply and say that they’re working to fix their service lol. Yeah right. If they were there wouldn’t still be so many awful reviews and it would actually be a nice clean establishment. no breakfast option. no ice machine. nothing good to say about this place at all. I really have no idea how there are any good reviews for this place at all. The health department needs to go here ASAP. And like someone else said in their review, i don’t need any employees replying to this telling me how they’re going to improve cause that is the...
Read moreMy stay was awful, the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. My friend (the purchaser of the room) had left the hotel with the only room key (1 key per ID) by mistake (which you have to use to get entry to the hotel). It was fine until the second shift worker for the front desk came in. She must have not seen me before or just not recognized me (even though I had been there for a few days already) I did tend to use the side door more often. This lady had forced me to leave the property even though I could tell her all the information for the room (my friends name & room number, etc). Literally followed me out the parking lot and if I was to come back she'd call the police. I was a legit guest at this hotel and was treated with such disrespect and lets not forget the embarrassment. I was out of money, all by myself, no ride and no phone service. The fast food places and stores around the hotel area had closed off the dinning area or seating area so I was forced to be outside. My phone eventually died & the rain eventually started pouring, no umbrella or anything. When night fell, I went to sleep on the cold wet dirt (everything was wet). After I fell asleep a few homeless people had walked up on me talking crazy, making me scared for my life. No where to run, no one to call for help I ran back to the hotel and the lady threw me out again. Thankfully my friend arrived back at the hotel less than ten minutes after that had happened. Honestly the easiest part of that whole day was finding a place to use the bathroom outside. I do not recommend this hotel & never will. The place wasn't nice and it wasn't very clean, on top of it being the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel or employee. Stay away from this place, especially the female on second shift with a cheap, blonde & teal ombre lace front. Not being from the area, I had no idea people could be so cold or mean. I'm so in shock over it still even though it just happened yesterday. I hope everyone's stay is much more pleasant...
Read moreMade a reservation for me and my partner online. Upon arriving we were told we weren't old enough to book. The website says 18+ but this location you have to be 21+. After having someone 21+ book us in we arrived to a dirty room with no TV remote. Guy at the front desk was helpful!! Seemed like he was running the entire hotel by himself for days, it took a lot of time to get help due to them being busy. This place is INFESTED with roaches. Not a few, we stayed for 2 nights and saw atleast 10.. the room was dirty, the bed was small, the paint on almost everything was chipping off. It was so loud.. day and night. They're upgrading the rooms so there's construction going on all day. Screaming and loud music in the parking lot all night. Multiple police cars showed up during the 2 nights we stayed there. Our fire alarm went off 6-7 times as well for no reason (we weren't cooking) 4 of those times being after 12am, 2 of them being between 4am and 5am. It's cheap. Pay to get the upgraded rooms if you stay, the normal ones are disgusting and looks like nobody has taken care of them in the past 10 years. The carpet stained our socks brown, wasn't vacuumed either. The towels had hair on them and were wet when we arrived (bring your own..), the pillows didn't have pillowcases (bring your own..) there was no soap (bring your own...) basically bring everything you can because nothing there is clean. The toilet was not cleaned before us, neither was the bathroom or the kitchen, stains everywhere that were easily wiped off, seems like they just threw on new sheets and called it cleaned. The roaches were the worst. You cannot have food out period, we were terrified to leave anything out without a zip lock bag, it was disgusting, roaches everywhere, coming from outlets, the stove, the stove fan, the refrigerator, the bathroom, can we call the health inspector?? 🤢 got very sick after the stay, felt grossed out sleeping next to a roach...
