The service I received after ordering my food through Uber Eats was absolutely horrible. The service I received from Erica who stated she was the general manager was ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. She was very rude and not understanding of the situation at hand. I ordered food and I guess the system at sonic didn’t show my order but it did through Uber and my funds had already been taken out of my account. When the Uber driver arrived to pick it up, she told him that she wasn’t making my order and that I needed to figure it out. I called to explain to Erica the general manager and she said she didn’t see it so she wasn’t going to fix my food which it was for my children. I am at work and don’t have time to figure out what’s wrong with their system which is not my job to do anyways. It’s sonics system that doesn’t show my order so it was her job as the GENERAL MANAGER to ensure complete customer satisfaction since the Uber driver showed her the order. She stated while screaming at me “I need to take it up with Uber, she wasn’t making my food, it’s not her problem, and it wasn’t her problem to fix”. She was rube to the Uber Eats worker and me. A general manager should be able to work to find a solution and not just out right tell me you’re not going to fix the problem and hang up in my face. The worst part is she HUNG UP IN MY FACE AFTER SCREAMING WHAT SHE WAS NOT GOING TO DO. I called back 5x and she did not answer the phone bc she knew it was me. If she was having a bad day she should have called out. I will be writing a letter and also calling corporate about my service I’ve received from this location today. I buy here ALL the the time and usually spend about $40+ every visit bc we are a family of 6. Please do better and treat your paying customers with kindness...
Read moreI am beyond frustrated and upset and disappointed. I shouldn't even give a one star rating, but in order to leave a review I must. It's beyond pathetic that it is so difficult to mark a slush!!!!!! I continue to give chance after chance after chance, but each time I'm left beyond disappointed. I went through drive thru and asked for a Large Fresh Strawberry Slush with Peach and Mango flavoring added. I even specifically stated that the last few times I have gotten a slush there hasn't been enough flavoring so please make sure to add enough. The guy said thats fine and I said thank you. Lavell was the one who answered the drive thru however Alex was the one who made my skush. As soon as I got it I immediately opened the lid and saw that it was a light color. I already know from many past experiences that it wasn't going to have much flavor at all so I asked if they would mind adding a little more. Alex then argues with me saying it was mixed in and then asked a coworker how much extra strawberry cost and he said .80 cents. At that point I showed him how light it was and once again explained my experiences to which his response again was that it is mixed in. At that point I was just done. I tried it and low and behold once again DISAPPOINTED!!!! It doesn't take that much to make a slush. The fact that no one can see to take the time to add enough flavor or even properly mix one is beyond ridiculous guess thats why they'll probably only ever work...
Read moreThey delivered our food to the wrong window where that customer was able to keep our food and it was twice as long to get our order which we got nothing in return. It appeared as if they handed the drinks to the other customer and then took them back in which it seems they proceeded to give the same drinks other people touch to us after realizing the mess up. They forgot to bring sauces out and the extra sauces order and when we pushed the button to have the sauces missing brought out it took them 10 minutes to bring the marinara sauces out they completely forgot about the ranch and the car hopper never spoke a word during any of the interactions with us. This is by far the worst experience I have had at a fast food restaurant in the past 10 years and I dont believe I or anyone I know will be returning to this Sonic ever again I am very displeased with my service and have never been treated so disrespectfully at a food establishment. They should reevaluate their whole business ethics and maybe replace the whole crew. I honestly hope people take the time to read this so they don't have to be treated like garbage as a paying customer our order was over 30 dollars and I must say I wouldn't have paid a dime had I know they would treat us this poorly.
