From the minute I came across this place I fell in love because the concept of having everything I want in one place is beyond amazing. Everyone was so nice I mean EVERYONE and I received a lot of services. The owner: was sweet, nice, and helpful, she answered all of my questions before I even got there, and stayed until I was finished with all of my services the young that did my pedicure: was so sweet and soft spoken and made my feet so pretty, smooth and soft the tattoo artist: took no time to get started, did exactly what I asked for, and even though I have 17 other tattoos gave me the run down on how to properly take care of my tattoos during the healing process the piercer: was amazing she was the first person to speak to me when I first came in, took her time and made sure my placement was right, allowed me to get super comfortable to even be able to get the piercings, then sold me the most unique body jewelry and help me put them in even though it was a previous piercing the barber: was great gave me a great cut and cleaned up my eye brows ~ last but not least the nail tech: poor thing was my last service of the night but she did a bomb job on my nails they are bright colorful and the most just like me, she listens pays attention and is the reason I ended up getting a tattoo......... I know this is a lot but I need y'all to understand how magnificent this experience was I enjoyed it so much I'm taking my friends there when they come out to visit.... y'all need to go out and visit this black owned and staffed business...

I went to this establishment on 3/2/21 for eyelash strip application. The female was not educated on how to apply lashes. She went to place me in the chair that the previous client had just came off of without sanitizing it. Their was pieces of nails and nail particles because it’s too close to were their doing nails. It needed to be cleaned. I mentioned it to her she went to the back to retrieve a cloth began wiping it down, but left it wet. I had to inform her it needs to be dried I’m not lying down on something wet. She did so. She had me close my eyes which right then I knew she didn’t t know what she was doing. You never completely close your eyes because they can’t get stuck. She slid them on asked me if I like them and brought a fan. I was like your not going to make sure their adhesive. No using the tweezers to assure their secure. Nothing. I got home that night and wash my face as I always do with my lashes. Washing around them and the right one was lifting off. $10.00 and I brought my own lashes for them to be lifting already. She didn’t press on them and make sure the adhesive was secure in all spots. I learned my lesson about going to nail parlors to do lashes. Never again! Semaj at least thats whose name was on my receipt. I heard them say Mya or Nita. was her name. I will stick with the lash gurus I normally go to. I moved on the Westside and didn’t want to take the drive, but I will next time do I won’t be looking like I just...

Very nice and clean. Very baddies come and get Done up in one stop. I been going here for a lil while and it’s the best. Customer service in the air !! They are very sweet and nice perils and will love to work with you. You have conversations with everyone and it’s just a vibe. RUN DONT WALK !!! Janae can pierce very good and fast. I got 3 piercings by her and so far the best experience I had. Tay does very good nails and loved talking to her while in her chair. Also they had in mind that we had to be somewhere so they work with our time in a good Timmy manner. Chris is so far the best person I ever meet to do really nice feet. He makes my feet’s so beautiful I go bk every time. The owner Semaj she is very nice and so sweet. Everyone is very outgoing and respectful. You will not be wasting your time going there. They also have wayyy more service to pick from . Definitely recommend 10/10 go bk...
