The worst perm ever I showed the stylist the picture and size curl and I got a perm with a curl that was so small and my hair is fried fried fried and 40% of my hair doesn’t even have curl it is straight when my hair dries with or without product I have stressed out puffy mess of a head and then when she rinsed my hair she left the rods in and brought me back to the chair to take them out instead of taking them out at the shampoo bowl to finish rinsing out the rest of the solution from the hair and did not Comb through to loosen the curls I have already trimmed my hair and done multiple deep conditioning treatments and my just keeps getting worse I am very upset that I did not get what I wanted after I expressed my concerns prior to the process I would have to shave my head to correct the issue I can’t even put my hair in a ponytail it...

My daughter has to wear a wig due to a medical condition. Natasha was amazing. She first fit and styled a wig we purchased elsewhere at a reasonable price. She took her time with us and made sure we were happy. She then sold us our second wig - of real hair - at a very reasonable price. She colored it beautifully, gave it a beautiful cut, and fit it perfectly. She could not be any nicer or more caring about my daughter's happiness. I can't recommend this...
