JEA is one of if not the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Their rates are exorbitant because they're the only utility company in Jacksonville and the unfortunate residents of this city have to deal with that on a daily basis. Their payment system feels as though it's set up for you miss payments so that they can charge additional fees for turning your utilities back on. Their customer service is by far the worst I've ever experienced and they are consistently unwilling to work with customers even when JEA is fault for misreading meters and charging customers for about 2 or 3 months worth of water at once on top of their insane electricity rates. For a 3 bedroom 1 story townhouse it should not cost almost 15 dollars a day for just electricity.
