I know this is a crazy time, with after Christmas shopping. But thats never an excuse to not be kind to the customers who are paying for your products. They are so overburdened with the amount of customers, they don't want to price check items that are 50% off for their after Christmas sale. Hanukkah is almost over and they are charging full price for those items, except yesterday, when the manager gave 50% off on the Hanukkah items to a customer she liked. I was there when it happened. Christmas items that were exactly the same product, were ringing up different prices today, and they had no intention on price matching. They just said "do u want the Christmas item at full price" lol! No, i dont, but thanks anyway. Ill take the one with the correct price! There was an upper manager there also, she saw how busy the employees were and when one of the employees asked for help, she told her to ask her csm, who was also very busy at that moment. I'd say that if that's what management is like at this store, no wonder the employees look and act like they don't want to be there. I had a better shopping experience at Ross! Go there for your bargain shopping! The employees/managers are at least kind and try to help even tho they are...

I frequent this store all the time because I have a Steve Madden purse addiction and they always have the best yesterday on 10/27 I went in my usual and looked around and grabbed 2 purses there was a young man working the counter who stepped off to use the restroom when he came back I was next in line he rung up my things and proceeded to ask me if I wanted the credit card I declined once he rung up my things he asked if all I had were the 2 purses I said yes he then proceeded to unzip the purses and look inside of both them as if I was lying or had put something inside the purses and then made a comment and said I got to check cuz you know these kids are crazy and I’m just wondering what kids because I was alone deff made me feel like he was racial profiling as iam a young black female as I mentioned I’m in the store often and have spend thousands on purses there and have never had anyone do me like that or made me feel that way inside of this store I’m really contemplating on if I even want to shop there anymore I felt disrespected but instead of making a scene I just grabbed my stuff...
