This place is gross... so sorry I keep forgetting and coming back! On occasion they clean up, but last time I was here the place smelled of vomit, there was no Coke in the machine, floor was sticky -- overall horrible dine-in experience. If you absolutely must park your car because the drive through is slow, make sure you order to-go.
Compared to other Burger Kings in the area, this one rates lowest for me. Still better than McDonald's, which will give you indigestion 92% of the time, this Burger King will give you the runs about 70% of the time. Not better odds by a long shot.
I'm only posting this so that hopefully I will remember not to come back here. The meal I ordered earlier made me go to the bathroom already, and pretty much ruined my chance of working overtime at the office today because I just HAD to go home on time for a much-needed shower after being in here. Yeah, it is THAT bad.
Edit: Jesus Christ.. it was reported that this place is CLEAN??!? Listen, I've lived in several third world countries -- America has some pretty low standards compared to say, Australia when it comes to fast food -- but even compared to Thailand and, going a notch down, the Philippines -- you will be hard pressed to find a major fast food chain like Burger King seem so forlorn. McD's, BK, Starbucks ... all have standards dialed far above anything I've yet to see here -- and their workers get paid a fraction of what they get here in good ol' US of A. It's the approach to SERVICE that sets these cultures apart. Also the fact that these huge corporations capitalize on the malleable traits of Asian expectations. In any case, I would say the level of cleanliness here is on par with what you would expect from an Asian food stall but certainly not up to standards these very companies set for their international branches.
As Donald Trump would have it : why do Americans get left with sub-standard service?? Why can't WE have it as good as it...
Read moreThe week of Christmas: The drive through staff was cheerful, with average engagement, and the line moved steadily. Which is the only reason I'm giving two stars. When they gave me my order I asked if everything was in it and mentioned two of the three ordered sandwiches by name. When I got home, I discovered they failed to give me one of the sandwiches. Sigh. It was my fault for not checking the bag myself (I certainly know they aren't Chick Fil A). Thirty minutes later (evening) I returned to the same location for a refund. I went into the lobby. That portion of the visit didn't even rank one star. I waited at the register for six minutes before anyone of the staff acknowledged me. That gave me plenty of time to look at the food debris all over the floor behind the counter. The place was dirty and the staff seemed unconcerned with customer service outside of the drive through. Perhaps, management couldn't keep both the lobby and drive through running up to par, so they focused on the drive through. Someone finally came over to take my order. Her attitude wasn't ugly but it wasn't pleasant either. She attempted to do my refund without a receipt (which, I don't think I was given or I lost it). After struggling, she said "here you go," while handing me $7 (exact) cash and some receipt that had nothing to do with the sandwich I was returning. She then walked away. I stared at the receipt, contemplating whether or not I should bring to her attention that she clearly didn't do an accurate refund. The $7 covered my sandwich and tax (I think) so I decided it wasn't worth saying anything and left. Until they are under better management I will not...
Read moreWent to through drive thru this morning ordered a bacon biscuit, bacon only and an orange juice, like I always do. Cashier ring up croissant with bacon and orange juice. I corrected her and she told me to pull around. She proceeded to tell me it would be 3.51. I corrected her again and and said it's because she hit the wrong key. The point is, correct yourself because the price is different. I normally pay 3.09. If someone is in training, be there shadow because you could lose a valuable customer and never know why. You lost my business!
Update on my experience on Sunday, 06/02/2019, I went through the drive thru and when I got to the window, Ashley immediately recognized me by my order and was very apologetic. I was happy to see Ashley. Ashley is always welcoming, professional, friendly and of course knows her job. Thank you Ashley for taking care of me and recognizing me. You are the reason I would continue coming to Burger King. I have not been back after 06/02/19 because I'm afraid Ashley will not be there to serve me. Ashley you rock! Ashley, I GIVE YOU 5 GOLDEN STARS!
Today is 06/19/2018, went through the drive thru this morning.....again order a bacon biscuit combo, with bacon only. PRICES ARE NOT CONSISTENT!!! I assume this is the manager that charged $5.44 but has charged $4.04 in the past and everyone else that works the drive thru. Have a meeting and get everyone on the same page. Ashley won me back but this was the last draw for me. I WILL NOT BE VISITING BURGER KING ON BLANDING ANY MORE. I'LL TAKE MY CHANCES...
