Oh my word! I booked Lat & Lo for a surprise for my cousins birthday on a whim! I’m soooo happy that I did!

Anna was a delight to work with, was so chill and welcoming. She had a cute birthday sign, some delicious donuts and even wine for us!! Anna was so kind and knowledgeable about the process that she totally made my cousin and I feel super comfortable.

I cannot wait to go back to Jax and see Anna again for more jewelry! It’s so pretty and she worked the bracelet so it fits the way I want and even when it broke off (freak accident) she offered to fix it for me that same day.

This was such a great experience! The building itself is such a charming house and the interior is so cute and welcoming. There are so many different jewelry options to choose from. Anna was so helpful & knowledgable about the entire process. When I decided I wanted to do 2 anklets, she took so much time prepping the jewelry to fit exactly how I wanted it to and made all adjustments necessary. While in town celebrating a bachelorette party we scheduled an appointment just a few days in advance, and we are SO glad we did! Anna was so fun and friendly and was very detailed in her explanation of the whole process. She made sure that each of us was happy with our piece before the weld and took her time doing so- we never felt rushed even though we were a large group of 6 and it was the last appointment of the day.
