Horrible experience. Held my daughter's 6 year birthday party here. My wife didn't book in advance so they charged us 150 dollars just to bring our own food and drinks inside. Then I had to pay another 100 for the 10 kids to skate. The inside looked clean but in the back were extension cords running all over the floor which is a major trip hazard for kids skating. Both bathrooms were out of order and wreaked of fecal matter. The women all came out of the ladies bathroom and said it looked like a scene from carrie. Each toilet was over running with period blood with used tampons and pads on the floor.
FYI if I had paid for a room I would have been even more furious. Their kitchen was down so they wouldn't have been able to provide me with any of the food I would have paid for. Additionally their credit card and change machines were down so you had to pay for everything in exact change.
If they run out skates in your size their response is to tell you to wait until someone is done so you can put their smelly warm shoes right on your feet. If you want to watch your kids skate you will still have to pay to get in.
I've heard from many locals that they are excited about this place because they grew up going there. If this is how this place was previously run no wonder they shut down.
Horrible customer service, horrible pricing...in other...

We are a military family with military friends, and their flyer advertised free admission for military members. Instead, we were told by the manager that we were “lying” and needed to read the fine print—which apparently only covers the $3 skate rental. We were then charged a $37 entry fee, despite their website clearly stating $15 per person.
We also booked a small gathering and used three tables we decorated ourselves, brought our own food and utensils, and still were charged $200 for a group of five—with no food or party package included. The focus from staff was on nitpicking and upcharging, not on customer service.
The manager’s attitude was dismissive and accusatory, rather than professional. For a business claiming to be family-friendly, the choice of vulgar music during daytime hours was also inappropriate.
This place is overpriced, poorly managed, and misleading in its advertising. Our group of 20 will not return. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest service or a respectful...
