By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had at Chick-fil-A! While sitting in line waiting for my food, the employees standing at the window continuously scratched their scalps and their hair while just standing there watching another employee do ALL of the work. Upon arrival to the window, I respectfully requested both employees that I viewed scratching in their hair and scalps to use hand sanitizer before passing me my food. I was than met with severe attitudes from both employees and denial, even though I had asked them kindly and said I meant no offense. After receiving my food, I over heard the manager ask the two employees what the problem was so I spoke up and shared with him the problem that I had with his employees scratching in their hair and them having attitudes after I asked if they would use hand sanitizer to pass me my food. The manager simply laughed about it and said nothing at all. This is completely and utterly unacceptable for a food business! These employees are not wearing hair nets, they are outside & they are not social distancing. They are congregating, laughing, joking with their friends/coworkers while watching one other employee do all the work, as they just scratched their heads. I'm a business owner and I can't believe how they are representing this company. It's gross and just unacceptable! I paid $50 on an order that was simple and everything still came back incorrect. That s* was the icing on the damn cake. I would NEVER go back to this Chick-fil-A location again! Read moreWe went through the drive-through and placed a large order it and thought they had put a receipt in our bag so that we could add the points to our account when we got home. Only to find out there was no receipt so we tried to call the restaurant to inform them that we would like to have a receipt so we could add the points to our Chick-fil-A account when we called on the phone no one would answer, and they recommended that we call headquarters. So we called headquarters and told them what happened and they said that they would put in a message to the restaurant. It has now been 2 to 3 weeks and we have yet to hear from this restaurant. Also we have been in that restaurant, one other time while we were waiting to hear from them, and I mentioned to a management person while we were there that we had done this and that we were waiting on someone to call us. They said that they normally send an email. I have checked my email and nothing has been sent and it’s been 2 to 3 weeks. This restaurant really sucks when it comes to customer service. They do not call their customers they do not send emails they don’t do anything and sometimes their food is hipness. I am very disappointed and I’m very bothered by the fact of how they act I don’t know how they stay in business and I am probably not going to be going back there and I don’t recommend than anyone else...
Read moreI was really disappointed with this visit. The young man taking my order didn't have the menu sheet, so I wasn't aware that they had new flavors of the frosted lemonade. I was the passenger in the front seat and the only one ordering but he seemed more interested in playing with his dreads. He made no effort to look at me at any time during the order. I did ask him for the menu, but as I stated those dreads needed more attention than me needing to place an order. As a result of feeling rushed, I forgot to ask for cheese on my chicken sandwich. The young man taking the money/cc was ok, still not as friendly as one expects at Chick-fil-A. Finally, the young man who brought us my order, again didn't look at us. He had a hoodie on so you couldn't really see his face, it was very nice out, so the hoodie he had on was totally unnecessary. He didn't even speak and when we tried to ask for more napkins, he just kept walking. And the large Mac n cheese bowl was not full!
