Walked in on Sunday 12/4/22 to get some lunch. Greeted by.. well, no one. At least 10 employees in the store behind the counter goofing off. One of them (with her airpods in) came to take our order. They had only been open for about 20 minutes, yet it seemed pretty dirty inside and the guacamole had a pale green film on top (suggesting it was leftovers from the night before). My wife saw one of the employees in the back eat a piece of chicken using her gloved hand to take it from the tabletop it was being cut on straight to her mouth, then proceed to keep cutting. For some reason, we continued to let them make our food and paid for it. They didn't provide a receipt because the printer was out of paper and the checkout person apparently thought this was fine. We were hungry, so we just grabbed our food and sat down. Everything was filthy from the utensil area to the pink mold dripping down the ice dispenser. Still, for reasons unknown, we attempted to sit down and eat. Our chips were literally some store-bought brand of corn tortillas. Not the right color, not the right flavor, not the right salt. Amazed at that, I took a bite of the rice in my bowl. It was straight lime juice and the roughest cut cilantro I've ever seen at a Chipotle (basically the whole leaf sliced in half and de-stemmed). Horrible taste.. like nearly as bad as if it came from a package of Minute-Rice. I looked a little closer to find a human hair in my sour cream. It was rather curly and black. Both my wife and I have straight hair; neither of us have black hair. It was at this point where I decided that the sum of all of these issues had to culminate in us throwing the food away and calling it quits on this Chipotle. Didn't even bother to go inside to speak with a manager because they were all hooting and hollering and having a jovial time behind the counter; I didn't think it was worth my time dealing with a manager who allows that and participates in it. Besides, I didn't even have a receipt. Oh well. Time to throw away my uneaten lunch and take the $20 loss. Had an awfully hard time even finding a trash can because none of them except one in the whole establishment was actually put out or had a bag in it. I'd like to end with this: I am a Chipotle loyalist. We have it at least once a week at a different location in the area. I've never experienced this level of filth, lack of pride, and overall disappointment. Sure, I've had some burned chicken or some off-tasting guac before... but without exaggeration, I can honestly say that I have been scared away from this Chipotle for life. It should lose its franchise license because the experience provided here is an embarrassment...
Read moreDefinitely let down. Did an online order and went to pick it up. The food was scheduled to be ready in 20 minutes, got there in 10 and waited. Gave them an extra 5 to 10 minutes before I went in. Went inside and the food still wasn't ready, not only that but it took a full 10 minutes of me standing in front of the register before anyone asked me why I was there. Once I told them that I was there for a pickup order I was told that it wasn't ready yet, even though there were several people in the back making orders. That's understandable, but what isn't understandable is the people who are supposed to be making food that are in the back talking or talking and using their phone while making food. That makes no sense. Anyway I went and sat down and waited another 30 minutes while person after person picked up their orders. On top of this ppl were now flooding into the restaurant. As I sat I got a very upset call from my wife who told me to get up and go ask if some food they put in a bag on a shelf was ours or not. I go up and ask about it amd sure enough it was our order that had been sitting on a shelf above a sink for about 15 minutes....So I finally get the food and at this point I am extremely discouraged, and as I walk out I hear another couple complaint of the same issues as well as a door dash driver. I get to the car to leave and we check the bag and my wife's burrito bowl is there and to my surprise I have one too! I didn't order a burrito bowl I ordered a BURRITO! We literally put the whole order in online plain as day and it was still WRONG! my wife and I go in to address the issue and we still have to wait 5 to 7 minutes before anyone recognizes our presence and we're told by what looked to be a 16 year old boy that they were out of tortillas.....at this point, I'm discouraged, disappointed, and all around upset, so upset that u didn't even eat it. 30 dollar meal and 15 of it wasn't even right and all of it was cold when we got it. We definitely won't be considering Chipotle anytime soon...
Read moreThis location is alright. You get your money's worth as far as food portion per dollar, and the chips w/queso are actually good, but that's about all Chipotle has going for it. I'm not sure if it's a Chipotle thing or just this location, but the food is pretty bland. Even got pico de gallo, which had no spice or flavor to it. The only ingredient here that actually has flavor to it is the queso. Everything else is boring and bland.
Keep in mind that I'm comparing this location to the Ole Mexican Restaurant right up the road, which offers way better tasting mexican food for about the same price and size.
Store also needs to be cleaned up, filling your drink up just feels nasty as when you grab napkins and forks, everything is just dirty and sticky by the fountain machine, and lot's of things are usually not refilled before they go empty. Tables are also constantly dirty.
Overall, this location is okay. There's nothing great about it, but nothing is absolutely terrible, either. I would recommend going to the Ole Mexican Restaurant right up the street and getting a Cali burrito for $12 instead and customizing it. (Unlike Chipotle, they don't charge extra to put queso on your burrito)
Edit/response to owner: Sir/ma'am, what more details could you possibly need? This was a very detailed review, and everything you need to know to improve your location is already located within my review and multiple other reviews. Replying to a review with a generic "send us an email!" Doesn't make it look like you care like you think it does. It comes across as "we don't really care about the review, but shoot us an email so we can apologize but not...
