Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Stood there waiting for my freeze drink for 10-15 min told the guy I needed it as I ordered one with my kiosk order he didn't tell anyone I needed one then on top of that just went and made other ppls food and I'm standing there waiting and while I was waiting I bought a large drink and the lady didn't even tell me the drinks were out they only had tea and the tea wasn't even out it was in the back they never have it out and I had to find out myself the drinks weren't working as she just gave me the cup and didn't even say anything then I told them it's not working and then that's when they tell me the drinks are out so I said I need a refund so I'm still waiting for the other freeze with my first order so since they finally revealed there's no drinks apparently I went on the kiosk to order another freeze would of been nice if they would of told me the drinks are out instead of me just buying a drink I wasn't gonna get so I'm waiting for both of my freezes then finally after about 5 more min of waiting a total of 10-15 min I been waiting the lady that didn't tell me about the drinks being out asks me what I'm waiting for and I tell her I need my freezes and the younger girl makes them for me idk who the manager is but they seriously need to stop hiring just anyone and hire ppl who are gonna actually do their jobs then on top of that my taco only had the meat in it didn't have no lettuce or cheese and I didn't know till after driving all the way back home about it or else I would of went back in there and got them to remake it and not to mention one of my tacos were wet the paper was all wet...

As one of the busiest establishments on Atlantic and South side Blvd.... They run out of drinks and they don't have enough staff to grab hold of the drive thru. They have their days where the food is not so fresh.... Not exactly the ingredients within your meal but the bread, tortillas, shells etc they are pretty stale. Just the other day the girl in the drive thru window told me " sorry it took so long they were making your chalupa fresh"....I eat in my car.... So once I got it, my heart was so excited...I had to get my boyfriend from work so I opened it on the way to him ...... The bread was stale as hell, barely any chicken and it was cold........ I just threw it away I couldn't turn around and get it right. I was very disappointed 😔 ......... Who ever the general manager is needs to tighten up on delivery orders for stock and they need to either hire more people or show the current workers how to do the job with strategized ideas. When I worked at Wendy's off San Jose when I was 18 I worked like I was the owner and I didn't even need the money. I served them like I would want...

I keep trying to give this location for the span of a year a chance and I don't know why. If you go at night the lines are long and the wait time is over an hour it's so bad people just start leaving the line. The potatoes for the spicy potato soft taco are always rock hard. The beans are dry and disgusting. They do not care how the food goes out. So I started going earlier in the evening thinking that the food would be a little fresher and a less wait time ( I don't mind waiting but not for food that is cold and old and you can tell has been sitting around) but to no avail the food is still absolutely embarrassing. I don't understand how any human would think it's okay to serve food like that to customers. So again I held off giving a review and just let it go. So I go today to get a cheese quesadilla. ONE cheese quesadilla that's its there's a short line it's still early so yay. But no I get a rock hard quesadilla with no cheese and no jalapeno sauce. I literally ordered one thing no one else in line. I will never be going to this location again....
