The Coin Shop — Attraction in Janesville

I really like coming to this place. The owner and the people that works there have always been good to everyone. Unless! You have tried to pull something over them and now they don't like what you did. I don't blame them. Kelly and her husband and son and Kelly's brother has always been very nice to others and me. They are very humble people that try to make it and people come in there store and thinking they might get more then what's it worth. That's not how that's works. They Been in this business for a long time and they are very awesome people. When I feel down or need to talk to someone about anything I talk to these ppl. They will listen. But you can't be rude . Otherwise you might as well walk right back out and re-try saying positive instead of negative. Well Ive been coming to this place since 2005 and no bad things to say. Went to the shop last week and had a great experience.The woman who works there helped me and was very professional and I was very pleased with the customer service. Told her I'd be back. Went in today and what a complete 180. She was not there. The guy behind the coin counter was having some good hangs and convo with what I'd assume was his buddy who was parked in a chair right in front of the display case. Multiple attempts to look at the goods and he couldn't be bothered to move. Just like the guy parked at the computer couldn't be bothered to give me more than 5 seconds of his attention. After about 10 mins the guy in front if the display case asked if he was in my way. Not anymore pal! Definitely not going back to this store. I feel bad for the woman and the younger gentleman who helped with the pokemon cards. They actually understand what customer service is. Will stick to L&B...

My husband and I went to the Coin Shop today to see about investing in coins as a retirement savings for the future. Both Rich and Kelly were extremely helpful in helping us to decide in what to buy. They explained what coins would be better than others and made suggestions since we are new to "investing". They were very patient with us and not in a hurry to make a sale. The other employees there were very friendly and helpful too. This business has existed for a very long time and has a good rating. I would rather buy locally knowing we are getting real, not counterfeit coins that were purchased off the internet. We feel very fortunate and blessed to have them help us today.
