Presley stayed true to our consultation at our scheduled appointment. I knew I was going to be giving her a workout, and she handled it like a pro. I asked for a pretty big transition, going from a fairly dark base to a level 9-ish through baby lights on my past shoulder length, more than slightly gray, thick and wavy hair. She took her time to make sure the service was done correctly. I’m also a licensed cosmetologist, and she knows this. I know first hand how nerve wracking it can be to work on a fellow hairdresser, but she handled the whole appointment wonderfully, AND, even though I knew that my inspo photo was just a goal that we might not attain, we made it! She listened throughout the haircut. The layers I currently like to wear are not necessarily a modern technique, but she talked to me throughout the cut and made it happen. I would also add that a tender headed person would absolutely love to have her working on them. She has a very soft touch and is very careful not to cause discomfort. And thank you to the owner for allowing the stylists to do what they love in a laid back, learning environment where they don’t feel rushed or like they have to push as many people through the door as quickly...

Update: Although my experience with my stylist was great, my experience with the hair treatments themselves were not. I left it at 3 stars because I truly felt this was an overall good experience thanks to the stylist. I wanted some color so I knew bleaching was a part of the process. I’ve had my hair bleached before and it turned out fine. At this point my hair had grown out and 90-95% of my old bleached hair had grown out. However, this time around the bleach did a number on my hair and it was unmanageable. It hurt to brush hair, to style it, to even shampoo it. I woke up with a ton of knots in my hair even if I put it up or braided it. I ended up having to cut 4.5 inches off to get it back closer to what it used to be. I remember even the stylist commented how easy my hair was to comb through before the treatments. End of story: Do a little research and see if the hair treatments a salon uses is compatible with your hair type. I regret not doing this myself.

I recommend Taylor and Grace to everyone I talk to. Taylor is an amazing stylist always up for different variety of hair color and styles! I’ve gone from blonde and black, split dyes to red and brown split dye, then black and red split dye, to fully deep red and now working my way back to blonde and red and she’s been such a trooper with the changes! Most stylists will tell me no or seem upset with doing it but she’s all for it and makes sure it turns out great every single time!! I’ve been working with her for about a year now and I wouldn’t imagine letting anyone else touch my hair. Grace is great with lash extensions!! I was afraid for the longest time to get my lashes done after one bad visit at a different salon and only finding extreme volumes lashes in stores with glue that doesn’t work. When I got the courage to try lashes with Grace it was easy. I talked to her with what I was looking for and she understood and got me what I wanted! She made the whole process very relaxing and easy going! I’ve gone to her for about three months and I don’t plan on stopping...
