Adrian's Fresh Market — Attraction in Jefferson Township

I’m giving one star because as much as I like the physical layout of the store, the prices and products the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, specifically from a young cashier with glasses and by the name of Aracely/Araceli. My partner and I were super excited to know there’s a small local produce store down the block from us, but most of my visits have been horrible because the employees act weird when we’re around. I’m not sure what their problem is, but this young lady Aracely/Araceli is extremely rude and unprofessional. She shouldn’t be working at the store, unless it’s her family’s then makes sense. She should quit the attitude real soon because today when I was walking into the door she was staring out the door and kid you not didn’t try to hide it at all, completely rolled her eyes back like a devil and looked away as soon as my partner, and I stepped into the door. That made me uncomfortable and extremely upset because we’ve never done anything to her or anyone in that place so to be treated like we’re weird or a problem when all I’m doing is bringing y’all business is WILD. I’m not saying or asking to be treated like royalty, but the fact you can’t even get decent customer service at a grocery store is crazy, particularly from young kids that look like they’re in high school. No professionalism, courtesy or manners. I’m going to continue shopping here out of convenience, but if interactions like this keep happening I’ll report with the Better...

11:40 am September 5th , Was denied purchasing tortillas simply for the fact that I gave my mom a ride to the store so we could do a little grocery shopping , don’t live in the same household and we both needed tortillas . We were going to pay , my mom asked to get her some eggs I went to get them when I come back cashier took tortillas away , I told her those were my tortillas , my mom paid her things separately . She rudely said she cnt sell them because were family . I explained that’s my mom but we don’t live in the same household . Extremely rude with an attitude saying no , continued to take the next person . I asked for her manager she just pointed he was in the back . UNPROFESSIONAL didn’t even mention to her manager about the situation nor went to go get him . I get tortillas right now at are low but you don’t deny to customers . I have my own household and so does my mother . My whole family goes to this store simply because we all are on the Central Park and...

Wonderful neighborhood grocery. Excellent produce selection. Avocados are always ripe and delicious. They have a butcher for meats, lots of fresh made salsa, guacamole and nice dairy selection. So glad this place is around I have been coming here for 7 years now. Very nice employees too and always clean. I always get tortillas here and they are fresh and if not they give no problem on a refund. They really have a little bit of everything and very competitive prices. I hope to be coming here for...
