Audio Electronics — Attraction in Jefferson Township

Completely incompetent business. Broken vacuum under warranty was delivered by UPS to this shop on May 22. I have called on June 9 to find out what's going on as no feedback was received. Was told that it would ship fixed back in a few days (my prepaid label was provided!). I left on vacation, came back expecting a package already delivered back. On July 6 still nothing even though I have left 2 voice mails inquiring on the status! Complained to Panasonic directly, within a day Panasonic CS confirmed that the shop is sending the unit finally back. June 8, seven weeks later, a fixed vacuum arrives, but still no response from the shop. Pathetic service. Panasonic should fire these guys and take them off the list of authorized...

Found Ron online as I was searching for a place to get my QFX-BT9500 party speakers fixed. Given the holiday period was concerned that I will not get my system repaired ahead of holiday parties that I had lined up. Audio Electronics if great! Ron was super helpful, friendly and professional while helping to fix my Panasonic Microwave. He was able to figure out the issue immediately and fixed it while I waited. It took him under 20 minutes to troubleshoot, diagnose, fix and get it properly working again.
