Picture Day — Attraction in Jefferson Township

These people are not professional. They took my kids graduation pictures and guess what they have no skills shadows everywhere and its our fault. Hat crooked though they are the ones who place it and it's our fault. Eyes about to blink and thats our fault also. These are what we have to pick from. They snap 4 shots without allowing time to make sure your satisfied with how your gonna look why not give me a mirror? (some with collars one side up) this is not a joke we love our kids and would love to have quality pictures taking by those who want to do quality work. Not just by those just snapping picture at an expensive rate and who results are similar to asking a random person on the street to do it with my phone. because they are not going to show you what they took until up on the Internet and say you can retake if you don't like; but what is the use of retaking for them to repeat the problem. Which is rapidly take pictures without letting them situate themselves. And then charge you more to make the bad pictures they took look just ok. FYI the images they send for you to pick from are covered.with their name so can't really see how bad they look til the arrive. So now they want to double charge me to make the picture look just...

The Picture Day folks could not be nicer! My children had had their head shots taken by Picture Day when they were preschoolers at LPP—well over a decade ago. Some of these pictures are the best shots I have of them at that age, and are framed around my house. Now my oldest is graduating from high school, and I wanted to include some of these photos in his senior yearbook ad. I only have hard copies, and long since lost most of the invoices, but I reached out to Picture Day in the hopes that they could unearth them and send me the digital copies. This was no easy task, but Lisa and Nathan were phenomenal—they went above and beyond to help me hunt down these photos from their archives, given very little information and with a time crunch during one of their busiest seasons. I could not be more grateful for their efforts and to finally have the digital copies of these treasures in my possession.
