Let me start of by saying that I used to love Thai Thai in the +10 years I've lived in the neighborhood. It was my go to Thai spot that had delicious food and I never had a bad experience, not even once. Last night I ordered my usual, and everything was horrendous. My panang "noodles" were really linguini/spaghetti in disguise. I've never been served pasta under the guise of noodles, especially in a Thai dish. The pad see ewe absolutely had no seasoning or anything resembling flavor or taste. I had to douse the pad see ewe with my own chili oil for me to get any flavor out of it. My favorite crab rangoon was burnt to a crisp and I was close to chipping a tooth when I bit down on it. My feel good Tom Yum soup was flavorless tomato water. This place may still have the old Thai Thai name but it is definitely most surely without a doubt NOT the same Thai Thai I know and love. RIP 🙏 good and delicious Thai Thai, you will forever be missed and loved.

We enjoyed this place thoroughly. Didnt get a pic of the food cuz we gobbled it up! We came in for a late snack. We shared an order of veggie potstickers. Each crispy half-moon of dough was so flavorful, almost didnt need the soy sauce. Som tum was great. We will ask for peppers next time. He really liked his chicken satay. We will definitely return.

I like all the dishes I’ve tried (soups, all appetizers, noodle dishes and chicken dishes) the Tom kha soup and pot stickers are my favorite! Only giving it four stars cuz the customer service is meh and they don’t have drink size options for their teas ( which are 50% ice)

When I moved a block away in July of 2021 I was so excited to be so close to Thai Thai. I had a handful of amazing takeout orders from them until they suddenly closed. After what felt like 6 months I finally saw an open sign. I ordered what I had in the past for pickup online and walked over. When I arrived it felt like utter chaos, there was woman who seemed completely flustered and overwhelmed. I asked about my order and she told me she had many ahead of mine and I’d need to wait. There was a younger man there who did nothing. After waiting for an hour she let me know she was going to start my order but they didn’t have the main ingredient of my dish, chicken. She said she could give me chicken wings instead of chicken breast/meat. I reluctantly agreed because at that point I had waited an hour and gave her the benefit of the doubt that it might be amazing. I finally got my bag and walked home. It was horrible. Not edible. And I’ve not been back since. I waited to write this review for months because I wanted to see if I was alone here, but sadly I’m not. I’m heartbroken really because I loved this place. I know it’s under new management, however, some people should not own restaurants or cook for the public. That is how I feel about Thai Thai. Under this new manager/chef it...

We ordered from here a few months ago and the food took FOREVER to be prepared for pick up, almost 2 hours. After that experience I didn't wanna order from here again but my mom ended up ordering because she forgot about the experience we had the last time. I thought maybe that experience was a one off thing, maybe they were short staffed that day so this time would be better. NOPE! This time we ordered for delivery and the food took about an hour and a half to get to us. Had to microwave the food once it arrived because it was cold. Which is confusing because we live about a 10-15 min drive from this place so maybe the food was ready but the delivery person just had it sitting in their car or something?? And then the food itself wasn't very good. It wasn't horrible, but just wasn't very good. The chicken in the pad kee mao tasted weird and the presentation of the food was messy. The only thing that was good were the egg rolls, which we had to reheat. I hate giving bad reviews but this was disappointing. I will say that the lady who works there seems very sweet! She was apologetic for the wait when we called and thanked us for our patience. But it seems like they're having issues with their delivery service and the food itself. Don't waste...
