I'm surprised that in such a major airport, this tiny lounge is the only lounge priority pass has. It's in the international terminal which is accessible only via a secure bus route unless you arrive here or enter through security. We had never been to this lounge so we decided to check it out since we arrived 3 hours before boarding. We didn't have to wait to get in (they do limit priority pass member on some afternoons - check app for details) but I was surprised to see how tiny it was for such a major airport. But free food/drink is free food/drink. And they had decent hard liquors sitting out that you could self pour. They had a large variety of drinks (beer, pop, seltzer waters) in the fridge along with a variety of sandwiches. The counter had dehydrated apples, banana chips, potato chips, cheese crackers, gummy bears, m&m's, oatmeal, bananas, muffins, cookies, etc. They also have a coffee/cappuccino machine. However, the water dispenser was empty and no one came to fill it the hour we were there. There are bathrooms but they are out by the welcome desk. The women's bathroom was closed for maintenance but oddly enough I saw someone's picture from 4 months ago that showed the same thing. Funny thing...to the right of the welcome desk is a movable wall. We were able to peak inside of that when we were walking out. There's like a whole other lounge in there!! Nice seats, lots of space, and windows! I'm not sure who that section is for but we saw two guys sitting in there. Maybe they are extra special guests? Or maybe they are working to expand this lounge...one can only hope! Cool thing...if you want to get to another terminal, you can leave and go through security again or you can take the secure bus. The bus is located at M13. You basically get an up close and personal tour around the ORD tarmac. I really enjoyed seeing airplanes up close like that.

I had the displeasure of visiting the Swiss Port Airport Lounge in Chicago O'Hare, and I must say, it was an absolutely dreadful experience. I wouldn't even give it a single star if I could. First and foremost, the ambiance was reminiscent of a holding cell rather than a lounge meant for relaxation. The entire place felt cramped and suffocating, with no windows to offer even a sliver of natural light or a glimpse of the outside world. It felt like being trapped in a dark, gloomy cave, which is the last thing you want when trying to unwind during a layover. To make matters worse, the airflow in the lounge was practically non-existent. The air felt stale, stuffy, and lacking proper ventilation. It seemed like they were trying to conserve energy at the expense of the comfort of their guests. Trust me, you'll feel like you're suffocating in there. Now, let's talk about the food—or should I say "meh" food. The selection was incredibly disappointing. They offered a few sad-looking dishes that were barely edible. It's as if they were trying to cut costs by serving the cheapest and most unappetizing options they could find. I would have preferred to grab a sandwich from a fast-food joint outside the lounge instead. I cannot stress enough how unpleasant my experience at the Swiss Port Airport Lounge was. It's supposed to be a place where travelers can relax, recharge, and escape the chaos of the airport, but it only added to my stress and discomfort. I'd advise anyone passing through Chicago O'Hare to avoid this lounge at all costs. You'll find better options elsewhere or, honestly, even sitting at the gate would be a more enjoyable experience.

I did get in using PP, but only by lining up right when they opened the lounge up again after they cleaned it, and even then I had to wait for the two people in business class to go in front of me (despite there being 10+ people in line with PP, their policy seems to be ignoring PP unless there’s no one else in line / the lounge is empty) The furniture has been replaced! As of writing, the chairs are brand new (for the most part, there are some old ones in the back) along with some little side tables. Oddly dark in the other half of the room from where I was sitting so that was not a vibe. Other than that, reviews are pretty accurate. I came in to eat snacks before my flights and for that this worked. Snacks on offer my day included slider sized sandwiches and small pasta salads, pudding cups, fruit cups, Costco family pack sized snack bags and snack bars (eg, smaller than you’d find anywhere else), instant oatmeal and ramen (hot water available thankfully), and a selection of sodas, small cans of juice, beers, and wines. Good to not spend money on airport food but that’s about it. Also, you can’t take food outside the lounge which sucks a bit until you realize none of it is really worth taking. I would make sure you have enough time to scarf down something before you head to your gate. They had some smooth jazz playing in the background which was nice. As it got busier I decided to leave though.

A lot of people would rate this as the worst lounge in America. I concur, and fully agree. There are no redeeming features of this lounge. I would only recommend it if you were absolutely desperate to kick your feet up somewhere even remotely private. Otherwise, the chairs down the way are just as good.

Windowless, no bathroom, and a half functioning coffee machine. Walls were dirty, and the furniture was worn and dated. The food here is akin to items out of a vending machine, only redeeming aspect is it's all free (as it should be in a lounge.) It seriously looks like a staff break room that became a lounge due to budget cuts.

Pretty sure Priority Pass doesn't really care about the lack of amenities, and absolutely vile service at this lounge. Rudest staff I have ever ran into. Only one lady was even remotely nice, but even then– it very much felt like they purposely employ rude staff. On the flipside, I could see how dealing with tired and entitled travellers on a regular basis could wear you down. But I will add, we did absolutely nothing to be met with the attitude we received.

After an hour and a half CONFUSING adventure through O'hare, we found the lounge at 11am. To which we were turned away and told PP access starts at 1230pm. Okay that's fine, we relaxed down the way until it was 12:20pm and came back to get ahead of any potential line. A nice lady told us to form a line, then a larger lady immediately came out and yelled at us to stop forming a line. And that business class flyers would get into the line and have to wait with us PP holders when they have priority. I'm sorry to say– no one in that line was a business class flyer, we were all PP holders. She acted like she was doing us a favor by letting us in, when we pay hundreds of dollars a year to have access to lounges.

If I were to compare this to OGG (Maui) barebones lounge, I would still take that over my stay with Swissport in O'hare. At least they knew how to treat people with respect.

To the torta behind the front desk who seemed miserable, fix your attitude, or get out of hospitality altogether.

To the nice lady who kept the fridge stocked and organized, you are the only star in this place. Hence why I give service a 2/5 instead of an abysmal 1/5.

O'hare and priority pass. Figure out better accommodations for PP holders who pay hundreds a year to avoid this. Unacceptable, will avoid and forever tell anyone transiting through...

This is the absolute WORST airport lounge with the WORST service and WORST atmosphere I have ever experienced. We arrived around 3.75 hours prior to departure and were chastised (not informational—actively hostile) by the desk attendant for being “too early” for a nearly empty lounge and were sent away and told to return at the proper time. While we understand the 3 hour-before-departure rule, the lounge was very sparsely populated at this point and our gate was so distant that we would have not been in the lounge more than about 2 hours. At the appropriate time, we returned to find a different desk attendant, an enormous line, and a very full lounge. This desk attendant was actively annoyed with the travelers in front of us, two lounge pass members traveling with two small children. After creating their booking, he read the father the riot act for “not telling me the total number in your party in advance. NOW I HAVE TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN!” (Wow, we got off easy with the previous attendant!) When we were admitted to the lounge, we found the food and beverage offerings to be sparse and the lounge attendant to be incredibly rude. During our time, my husband was accused of taking “5 sandwiches!” (He had 3 total.) First, the sandwiches were the size of sliders and small ones at that. Three was barely a meal. Second, why does it matter if food is included and everyone is able to get some? Third, how about a more polite approach? Maybe, a sign indicating “our sandwiches are limited today, please select one (or two or whatever).” Or maybe just don’t give customers a lousy attitude. We witnessed the same attendant 1) chastising someone for not discarding their trash (any signs for self-cleanup were missing or so small as to be easily overlooked) and 2) vacuuming literally over the feet of the customers with children. In addition, the attendant didn’t seem concerned about restocking until the very end of their shift—guessing too much work—so as a consequence, they ran out of beer, sodas, mixers, and liquor as well as chips, pretzels, and cookies before they were restocked. The lounge was dingy and the ladies room had apparently been set aside for the exclusive use of the employees, while customers were told to exit the lounge and use the airport restrooms. All in all, a really...
