Worst experience I have ever had unfortunately! I have been doing these painting classes for years and have never had an experience like I did last last night. The class started 45 minutes late and we were not even halfway finished with the painting by the time the class was supposed to be finished. I needed to leave the class on time due to having a sitter I needed to get home to. This was the first time my husband and I had been out since we had our baby 11 months ago. I was really looking forward to enjoying the class with him and my daughter who had come in from out of town with her boyfriend. When I realized we were not going to be able to finish the painting within a reasonable time after the class got over, I asked the instructor if we could at the very least get the paints we would need to finish the class in to-go cups as I know they have “at-home kits” available for purchase as well. I was told by the instructor that they couldn’t not provide me with any paint. The owner was there so I spoke with him. I told him that after spending $160 for the 4 of us to paint, it was not ok for them to be ok with us walking out of the class on time with 4 not even half finished painting. I understand that things happen some times and delays occur so starting the class a whole 45 minutes late for a 2-hour class happens some times. All I wanted them to do was to make it right. I couldn’t stay more than 10 minutes past the time the class was supposed to end and my daughter was visiting from out of town so coming back for another class to finish was not an option either - not that it was even offered. They were just going to let us leave with unfinished paintings and no supplies to be able to complete them. I ended up being provide with 1 cup (for 4 paintings) of each of the paint colors left to complete the paintings. They were out of brushes to send so I now have to go buy paint brushes to use. They would not allow me to take any of the brushes available to us to use during the class. Heaven forbid we were able to take those brushes to use and THEY have to go purchase additional supplies since THEY are the ones not properly stocked. I was extremely disappointed in the entire experience and will unfortunately never go there again. Nor will I ever recommend anyone else to go there. I will be on the lookout for another painting place to go as this Painting with a Twist is not being properly run and they have shown me now that they do not care about their customers satisfaction or even just doing what is right….the photo attached is the painting that we left with… :(

We attended date night on Saturday night. We arrived early to make the add on candles for $20 each. There was a wall of different oils to choose from. Scents for every occasion. Me and my husband made our candles. I do hope in the future, coloring is added because the candles are just white and plain. The painting class was unorganized. Our instructor, Jade could not replicate the painting we were creating. She was unsure where the browns went or what was supposed to be grey. The painting is very dark and I don’t like it. I feel like I wasted over $100. Photo attached is the instructors painting.

Painting with a Twist was so much fun. Get a couple of friends together and check it out. The instructor really makes you feel like your painting is wonderful even if you mess up here or two it's okay. We are all doing our best to replicate what the teacher is doing and allowing yourself some creative input on your artwork. If you ever enjoyed watching Bob Ross' 'The Joy of Painting" or "Beauty is everywhere" then you need to check this out. It is reminiscent of those times watching Mr. Bob. Check it out, even if your painting is no bueno, the fun and experience is worth it. You won't regret it.

TLDR; office manager (Jade) got the due balance wrong twice and pulled the instructor from a paid party to talk, very rude. Owner seems unreachable. Instructor (Zoey) was great.

We booked a party for our daughters birthday, paid the deposit on site, and everything was okay until the Monday before the party (party was booked for Saturday that week). I received a call from the Office Manager, Jade, telling me I still owed $8 on the deposit, I told her there was no way since the owner himself came in and walked her through how to do it all (it was her first time using the system to book a party). She said she would have the owner call me. The next day (Tuesday) she called back to tell me I owed $350 (thats how much the entire party was before the deposit) and needed to pay now, I said that again it didn't make sense, the owner had told us the remainder was due at the END of the party incase we went over the 10 spots that we were signed up for. Again she said the owner would call me. I sent a Facebook message and an email over the next couple days trying to get ahold of the owner. He finally called me at 8:20PM Friday night and said she was new so she was confused on how to do parties. He confirmed the balance that I knew I owed as the proper amount and all was well. We went in Saturday for the party and Jade was not in a very friendly mood. Before the party started, we were standing at the desk waiting for guests and she asked for payment, so I paid, even though we were told end of party, and she pointed at my toddler and stated "if she starts being loud you will all be asked to leave so you're not a distraction." I had my 2 year old with us for her big sisters birthday party. I had already planned her situation out, as she would be in the back corner with her grandma or myself watching Bluey, which I know my kid well enough to know this would keep her fully occupied until she fell asleep. (Which she did, 30 minutes into the party and wasn't a distraction at all.) Her attitude was unnecessary. Fast forward about 30 minutes and the party has already started and Zoey is our instructor (she's AMAZING btw, the only good part of the whole situation) and Jade comes into the room and calls Zoey into the hallway for almost 15 minutes. Very unprofessional and took time away that we paid for. Jade needs more training in how to operate the system and how to talk to customers. Again, Zoey was great, very patient and showed us some cool...

I received a call from a nice young lady from Painting with a Twist in Stuart, FL who let me know that two spots had opened for Thursday's painting for a cause event. She asked if I was still interested. I said absolutely it was my husband's birthday and we were going to dinner first. She said seating is first come first serve but the actual painting won't start until 6:30. She advised that we should arrive before then because people show up as early as 5pm. My husband and I arrived at 6:15. We let the staff know we were looking for adjacent seats. They said they will see once everyone sat down. After every one sat down there were 4 empty seats in the back room; two were together and two were rows apart. I go over to the seats that were together and a patron says that "they are on their way." I said, "so they're not here." She then says, "they are on Becker road. " I repeat so they are not here. I mention to the artist that those two seats are empty and the people whose names are written are not here. He says it's first come first serve. I said but the lady just said they are not here. He shrugged, I said so it's first come first grab. He nodded yes. So after paying $90 to do something different for my husband's birthday we spent over two hours sitting on opposite sides of a room with strangers who seemed to all know each other. Apparently, our money was not worth the same as the lady holding two seats for two people who showed up well after we started to paint. It wasn't my job to argue with a lady who the staff clearly let me know that the rules don't apply to. I was embarrassed and didn't want to make scene or make my husband's surprise even worse. It was his first time there and the impression wasn't a good one. To try to make things a little better I asked the assistant artist to make sure to announce a happy birthday to my husband and she smiled in agreement and did no such thing. Needless to say getting a sitter and all dolled up to do something special for my husband was a disappointment. We were the first ones to leave. I know there are no refunds but I would rather every dollar I spent to go the the charity that was being funded and not a cent to the...
