The employee seemed mad that I ordered shakes rather than ice cream. She repeated my order as a question and when i said “ yes, two shakes”, she then said “well now I have to go get a blender”.... did not realize my business was a bother. When I told her I would like two large she then questioned me again saying, “Are you sure?” Why would I not be sure if that’s what I just said? Overall she was rude, rolled her eyes and even got mad when I asked for marshmallows on my shake like the advertised photo. .. I am not normally one to complain but the customer service was downright awful, so much so that I wondered if I could have done something wrong to warrant her behavior. My 10 year old son even asked why the employee had such an attitude with me.. I went to pay the bill when she was still making my second shake. I did not leave a tip since she was acting so rude. The other employee took my receipt then walked over to the girl making my shake and whispered something to her. I’m assuming she told her I did not leave her a tip because she then started slamming the blender around and huffing and puffing. She then handed me the shake to which i said thank you & have a great day and she sarcastically responded “yeah, sure”. I hope these employees get retrained in customer service. I understand people have bad days but this left me with an off feeling.

Read moreHorrifying service and I’m shocked. I just called to place an order for a birthday cake and the older woman on the phone answered very aggressively. She answered saying “HELLOOO??!” Nothing else just screaming hello, so I said “I’m sorry can you hear me” and she proceeded to be very rude saying “yes hello” so I said is there an problem I just wanted to call and place an order for a birthday cake in a week, she said “do it online” I said am I not allowed to place that order on the phone, she then throws the phone on the counter and yells for another crew member to come on the phone meanwhile I can hear her yelling to others in the store how stupid I am for calling in to order a cake when I can just “do it online” the next crew member that answers the phone is just as rude and unprofessional so I proceeded with just telling them I don’t want to order with this location anymore and I hung up. Read moreOne star is too generous. I had an absolutely disgusting experience at this Cold Stone Creamery due to one employee’s complete lack of hygiene. While making customer orders, he repeatedly wiped his nose with his hand and never once stopped to wash them. When he got to me, I politely asked him to wash his hands before making my order—especially since gloves weren’t being used. He literally shrugged and ignored my request, then proceeded to try to make my order with the same unwashed hands. I told him “never mind” and walked out.
